I never get my package.Terrible customer service.Didnt help at all.They offer you big discount but never care about your delivery.Read their terms about shipping.I read them late,and now have no product and no money.Never again.

I like how light weight the product is and it dries fast and the curls last a while

I like the ease of use and it is a value compared to other brands. However, I need to experiment with product. I have fine hair and the curl doesn't seem to hold but I feel like it is much healthier for my hair.

A great product for the price that works well. My long hair dried so much quicker than expected without getting frizzy. A must buy for anyone looking for an affordable gift for themself or others!

I previously owned a Dyson but gifted it to my daughter because it was heavy to use. I was excited to find this product due to the lightweight nature of the product but am disappointed in the overall performance. At best, it dries ok, but the wand accessories are awkward to use and ineffective. If I hadn't recycled the original box it came in, I would return it asap.

I'm impressed! I was skeptical with my long hair and didn't think it would set the curl to stay all day. I was pleasantly surprised and it was so easy to use right out of the box. The tutorials need to be better. They could show how to start at your ends more and they move through it too fast to get to the end result

I’ve only used my styler a few times, so I’ll edit my review if necessary. I’m only giving 4 stars because the ‘iron’ wands are not working for me right now..I’ve got one layer that has to grow out more. The rest works well.

This makes styling my hair fun! And it looks and feels soft, silky, and bouncy when I use it. Stepped up my hairstyling routine.

I find the ease of using the Norastyler for drying hair to be great. I do find that using the curling attachments are hard to work around. I thought the attachment would grab the hair and twist for curls, but that is not the case

I was hesitant because the styler was so light that I didn't even unravel the cord but I used it and I love it!!!

Horrible advertising as the product underperforms at all levels regarding every tool. The blower is so noisy that you can't talk over it. The tools are very cheaply made and each tool does not work to any capacity of the IG ad. So disappointed. Don't waste your money. There is no refund policy. It's a scam.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is cheap and does not work well. Most of the positive GOOGLE reviews are anonymous, yet the bad reviews have names because they are true: both the product and the company are subpar. The company does not stand behind returns, so do not be fooled. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I was very skeptical at first when I saw this ad on Facebook, but I finally decided to order. First try curling my jaw length bob was a success. This styler is very easy to use and well worth the money.

If I could give a -0- I would have. Got charged for a styler and never received almost 8 weeks ago. Didn't need the case I also bought and they wanted me to ship overseas to return when the item came from the USA. Seems to be a scam. Will never purchase from them again.

Item does not work as advertised which would make it defective. I sent text stating the brush gets stuck and rips out your hair. The blow dryer piece makes hair staticky and fly away. I asked to return and was told “since I used” it was not eligible for a return. The item is made in China and ships from there . Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money. You will ruin your hair using this garbage.
