Purchased the hair styler because of the various attachments. It works great. It is more powerful than the curler/dryer I had previously, and I couldn’t e happier about my purchase.

1. Product is cheap and the attachments are not easy to unhinge and remove.
2. Say's 60 day cash back guarantee and it is NOT.
When I wanted to return within 12 hours of receiving the product due to the fact that it was very hard to switch the attachments, they made me go thru multiple emails and after insisting, they are now asking me to return it to an address in China at my own cost.
3. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP product with false advertisement and you will never be able to return this product.
USELESS PRODUCT. DIO MNOT EVER BUY.

Love the different attachments and my hair feels so much softer!

I was VERY skeptical that this product would handle my waist length hair. Out of the box it feels very light which at first made me nervous but in the end when my arms didn’t ache I was grateful for. I used the volumizing brush to go from wet to dry with a blow out look and today used the curling wands to create beautiful curls down my back. This replaces THREE bigger heavier devices and does a better job on my hair than all of them. So glad I took a chance on the Nora Styler!

Lightweight, easy on my hands and arm. Dryer is fast and the tools are excellent.

I had very high hopes for this but unfortunately I feel like it is just ok. It is lighter and the attachments are easy to swap but they also feel very cheap. I expected more volume with the small round bristled attachment and the straight brush attachment does not smooth out my hair as well as it advertised, Overall just seems ok. There’s a reason it’s priced at that point.

I just got mine last week and I love it, works great, before I got another similar but Made in China, was working Ok, but when I went to Europe burned out, this one is more efective, and works perfect all the gadgets. I'm ready to buy another one for my sister in Mexico.

I was worried about using the curling wand. I am so happy I got over that because this one makes it so much easier for the loose bouncy curls that everyone loves..

I never received any credit back from being ripped off, and dragged through the process that ends up being total bs! I will never trust this company ever again! If they can’t be trusted, then who can you trust? Obviously not this company! No refund or a replacement. Instead I end up with bs excuses as to why they won’t do as I asked several times. I’ve been patient in over a month for the company to correct the problem, and nothing but lame ass excuses!
They’re also not responsible for their employees actions! What a disgrace! Disgusting behavior for customer service! 🤬!
Well, they blew my trust!

I received the tool in a damaged box so could not use it as a gift. I then read the return policy which stated that it could not be returned unless it was in unused conditions so it could not even be tried out before returning it. It had a 90-day guarantee that meant nothing. I'm currently going back and forth with them on email trying to get my money back.

I wouldnt bother. I bought this, paid extra for quicker shipping took over 15 days. I havent even opened it requsted refund. The address to send back seems impossible and went inoutting into UPS is close to 280$ to send back. Waste of money dont bother.

I had never used an air styler before so I was hesitant. But when I got the hang of it, I love it!!! People say that changing out the curling iron attachments is a pain - it’s not a big deal at all. The blow dryer is fantastic and the straightening and curling dryers are amazing!

I was amazed how easy it was to use. It’s light weight yet still very powerful. My curls looked amazing and took less than half the time It usually takes when I plow dry and then have to use my curling iron. I love it!

It’s lightweight with a smaller round brush. My hair is only short to mid length so it does a great job of straightening and curling.

Terrible Product – False Guarantee
My Nora Styler only blows hot air and does not curl hair as advertised. The “60-day money-back guarantee” is not real — returns have to be shipped to China and customer service makes it very difficult. Do not trust this company.
