SCAM and FRAUD

MONEY SCAM
The item was an eBook purchased as a gift. What a joke.
The questionnaire is a trick to make you sign up for MULTIPLE subscriptions (which I did not do as they offered TRIAL) and now I have found I have been billed for a useless App and "one on one coaching sessions" I never subscribed. There is no mention of an ongoing subscription in my Google Play so I cant cancel, the website is useless, just ongoing debits. What an absolute WASTE of a company

I had a charge show up and reached out…

I had a charge show up and reached out to have it refunded as I didn’t make another purchase. They say it’s a fee for an app. I didn’t download an app or sign up for an app. I didn’t check the box to get the subscription and didn’t download it. They refuse to refund the money that they took from my account that was not authorized.

⭐️ Zero stars if that were possible.

I purchased a single book from Nordastro in May 2025, a book I’ve looked at once and thought what a waste of money. That’s not my issue I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription, yet monthly fees were taken from my account without my clear consent.

The subscription was not made obvious at checkout, and I only became aware of it after noticing ongoing charges on my bank statements. When I contacted Nordastro, they cancelled the subscription but refused to issue a refund, claiming the service was “correctly delivered.”

This experience mirrors what many other reviewers here describe — unexpected subscriptions, difficulty getting refunds, and reliance on vague terms and conditions.

I’ve since had to dispute the charges with my bank.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company: check your statements carefully or avoid altogether. This feels misleading and unethical and the books not worth it.

Money scam

I ordered the book then they continued taking 24.99 out of my account and I don’t even know what this payment is for I don’t have the app and never had an email about what I get out of this payment. At them moment I’m trying to get all my payments I made refunded.
