Nordastro is a scam and will automatically set reoccurring charges and not refund you
I purchased a book from Nordastro which was very basic. They auto-enrolled me into some reoccurring payment/subscription. I would not purchase anything from this company or recommend them to anyone. When I emailed them to tell them there was a mistake and I did not sign up for a subscription, they told me that I did and I could not be refunded. They said that they canceled the subscription but refused to reimburse me or give any further explanation. This was after having to email multiple times regarding this. This website is a total scam!

The book was decent quality, but I cancelled the month app subscription and was told I can't receive a refund. I uninstalled and no longer can log in to prove it so they kept my money. Do not purchase. Book is not worth the price and a majority of it has nothing to do with your personal details. Customer service is NOT helpful and gas lighters. They want me to redownload the app even though they can see I am no longer using it because I did not want to continue. My email does not work to log in.
Their fake reply back is for show because I emailed them before this review so ignore their comment on my review. Refund your customers and stop pretending to have good customer service.

Loved the book hated the surprise $30.99 monthly fee for the App I never downloaded or wanted and the $99 they are trying to charge me for “coaching” that I never signed up for. And interesting enough you can’t review them on their website with a 1 or a 2. They don’t post it and just say “reach out to customer service” which I did before I tried to review them. They said - that there is no refund (it posted today) per our Terms and Conditions, which are presented at checkout there is no refund. Ridiculous that they can get away with this. And it’s not chump change. $120 is a lot of money for some people. And if you’ve bought from them you might remember they try to offer you multiple different “offers” that I rejected. They billed me for an App and I never even downloaded it. So buyer beware. Love the book but their underhanded methods are appalling. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not buy anything from them.
I purchased an Astrology book from them and they sneakily signed me up to an App Subscription I was not made aware of until deductions ( several) were coming out of my bank account.
Weirdly enough an "App" does not even exist.
They stole my money and now I am speaking to a lawyer and will be taking legal action.

I have tried to reach out to you via email but you are refusing to refund monies taken from me without my consent. Your company is a SCAM and I am taking this upon to take this matter further to avoid other people from being scammed.
