TOTAL SCAMMERS!
Here to say the same as everyone else.
I bought the report for $1.95 it was the most useless generic thing I’ve ever seen. Then a month later that I was being charged a $59.95 monthly subscription that I didn’t sign up to. Absolute scam, I don’t know how they are still online after scamming so many people!!!
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Like everyone else, I foolishly paid £1.95 to see a rubbish AI generated 'ADHD' report after completing a quiz on Facebook, only to discover £39.95 taken from my account a week or two later. Trying to get my money back now. Feel like an idiot. A poor idiot!
Scammers
This company just tried to take £31 out of my PayPal account for a subscription I did not authorise luckily for me there was no money in my account & I have cancelled the recurring payment on PayPal avoid like the plague i paid £1.95 for an Autism assessment which I saw on Facebook I did not authorise a subscription
Scammers.
Also charged for a recurrent subscription not mentioned at check-out without prior informed consent.
Unfortunately, PayPal don't seem to understand this does not find a legally binding contract.
Have esculated with CC company instead.
Hides Membership Sign Up
Did a low fee test. It used the details I submitted to do that test to sign me up for a membership I did not agree to. Could not cancel through them as I had no log in details, and website did not exist anyway! Very dodgy.

No stars at all for these criminals
No stars at all for these criminal fraudsters who sign you up for repeating automatic payments without your permission. I shall try to get redress through Paypal.
Been scammed
Been scammed! They took £1.95 out for a test online now I've had a £39.95 charge which has taken me overdrawn just 2 days before payday!!! Fuming. Have opened a PayPal complaint. I didn't even sign up to a subscription!!!
First the report sent was very poor
First the report sent was very poor. And then I was billed £39.95 for a recurring subscription which I did not authorise. You are a scam and I'm going to report you wherever I can
A scam …
Completely agree with these reviews.
I bought a report for $1.95 and discovered two months later that I was being charged a $59.95 monthly subscription.
An absolute scam
Total scam
Total scam. I paid through PayPal for an initial personality test for less than $1.95. A week later they charged my PayPal $39.95. There is no NordicaLab website to cancel. I never set up an account with them. I am awaiting PayPal’s assistance in disputing the charge.
How to Get Your Money Back
As others say, testlibrary is the proper website, not Nordicalab. Contact them at vip or support @testlibrary.com. Don't call, they will refer you to email. If you use the testlibrary website, you have to create an account. Tell them to cancel your subscription and refund any payment over the $1.95 you spent for your test. Tell them they didn't inform you about the $39.95 subscription, and that the Nordicalab website doesn't identify them as testlibrary or provide any way to contact them or cancel the subscription. They will say they told you during the signup process, and your receipt identifies them as testlibrary.com. Those are lies. Look at your charge, and you will see it as Nordicalab. Attach it to your email. They will say your email receipt identifies them as TestLab. But that is a lie, too. They send no email. Keep saying cancel, call them liars and thieves, and keep demanding your money back. Be that loud, squeaky wheel. Most give up. They are counting on it. They said they are refunding my bogus subscription charge in 1-3 days. PayPal notified me of my refund minutes after I received Test Library's email confirming the refund. Don't give up. Go get your money back!
Total scam
Total scam. Charged me $54.95 monthly fee without authorisation on PayPal. Luckily I saw the first one and reported it straight away. Hopefully PayPal will give it back.
Test Library or a NordicaLab Scam
Under the guise of Test Library, they offered a test for assessing autism/spectrum traits for a discounted fee of $1.95. Now, 2 wks later, I've been charged $39.95 by something called NordicaLab for something...I'm not sure if it's a subscription or what, except it feels like fraud to me. I've asked PayPal to figure it out since I don't even know how to get in touch with these scoundrels. I did not authorize anything costing $39.95.

What a scam
What a scam
Thankfully PayPal have all evidence of this scammer as does the bank.
What a surprise no response back after e mailing them. If only I’d looked at Trust pilot first.
Avoid At All Cost!
As others have said, you answer a questionnaire and pay £1.99 for the results. A short time later they take an "authorised" payment of £39.95!!
I did not agree to whatever this is for and am now having to fight my case with PayPal!!!
