Vi startade med en passion för växtakvarium och har på kort tid vuxit till en av Sveriges största leverantörer av akvarieväxter online. Order not received

After 4 months my ordered plants have still not been shipped and I get no reply to my emails.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience, but based on the information available to us, we have not been able to identify an order that has been waiting to be shipped for four months.

We always want to resolve any genuine issue, so please contact us by email with your order number and the email address used when placing the order. That way we can look into this properly and clarify what has happened.

If there has been an error on our side, we will of course make sure it is corrected.

Non existent customer support

Not only are they unreachable by email, but their services dont work, creating an account, chat function? They dont provide updates on the order, delay it, send out ship notification claming they have packed it and its on its way... as if, ive not recived any information apart from a claim its been shipped. I made sure to place my order before 20:00 on sunday, and they still took more then a week to "ship" it, yet so far ive seen no proof of them doing so. Not only do i wish to get in contact with them, but i doubt any of the guarantees they provide are legit. The webbsite looks promising offering klarna and other "safe" paymemt methods, but once you get to the checkout they dont offer them due to technical issues.... and so you end up having to order without any buyer protection, with a company that wont respond to their emails. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and regret placing my order.

We also want to clarify that the guarantees we offer are genuine and apply to orders placed with us. If something has gone wrong with your order, delivery, or communication from our side, we will of course review it and make sure it is handled correctly.

Horrible experience

Update: After several confirmations that they would refund me (starting in September and latest November 11th 2025), I have still not been refunded by this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Short of it: Delay then the agreed refund not completed. Very, very hard to get in touch, always some excuse. Do not follow through with what they say.

Longer version:

Ordered and after contacting them myself to find out what was happening, I was told that there was a small delay. After waiting longer, I contacted them again and after several attempts, I finally got offered a cancellation and refund, which I agreed to.

I have still not received a refund. I contacted them several times and there is only ever an answer when I threaten to report them or ask if the business is legitimate. How hard is it to refund someone.

Out of the blue I got an email saying the plants were on their way. I had to contact them.. again.. and got an assurance that I would be refunded.. again.

Still nothing. Worst experience. Always some excuse. I can only think of one reason why after all this time there has still not been a refund.

I'll be buying from other companies in the future, the goods come from elsewhere anyway.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused — the delays, the mixed messages, and especially the missing refund. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.
In your case, the plants you ordered were not in stock at the time of purchase. As stated in our terms, these plants are ordered specifically per customer request, which is why cancellations normally aren’t possible once they’ve been ordered from our suppliers. Despite this, we agreed to cancel your order and issue a refund as a gesture of goodwill, as we never want a customer to feel stuck in a situation they’re unhappy with.
Unfortunately, during this period we experienced a major system failure where the connection between our e-commerce platform and our bank malfunctioned. This caused certain refunds and payouts not to be processed correctly, despite being marked as completed on our end. This is the sole reason why your refund was delayed — not lack of willingness from our side. The issue has now finally been resolved.
We completely understand your frustration, and we truly apologize for the poor communication during this time. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us once more and we will make sure to resolve it immediately.
Thank you for your patience, even though we recognise we have tested it far too much.
