We're very pleased indeed with our new Nordic Knots rug: the colours, design and, above all, the quality of construction, are even better than we'd hoped for. Throughout our interaction with Nordic Knots, the individuals we communicated with were friendly, informative and extremely prompt in all their responses.
Tracking our shipment via FedEx wasn't quite so easy: no personal point-of-contact, changed delivery dates at short notice, and lack of notifications all served to highlight what excellent customer service should look like, as supplied by the Nordic Knots team.

An initial issue handled well
I initially had a disappointing experience with Nordic Knots after a scarf I had accidentally left in their London showroom was subsequently misplaced, despite having been told it would be kept for me.
However, after I raised my concerns, the company responded very quickly and professionally. Their Head of Customer Satisfaction contacted me directly, investigated the issue, apologised, and offered a goodwill gesture in lieu of the lost scarf.
I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine effort made to resolve the situation.

Amended: Great customer support / Previous: Not worth the cost
Amended 6/8/26 - The new Head of Customer Satisfaction at NK reached out to me to discuss my prior experience detailed in the review below. They acknowledged that that was not the standard for customer interaction at NK and worked with me to address the issues I'd experienced with attentive kindness and care. After this experience, the next time I need a rug for my home I will be shopping at NK first.

I ordered a gorgeous basket weave rug from NK about two years ago. It was an investment piece - $1200. I put it in my bedroom aka a very low traffic area. Within 6 months several strands all along the binding came loose. When I reached out to NK, they sent me a link to fabric glue to order from Amazon and told me to glue the strands back. I've given up that maintenance once it became a monthly occurrence. I'm just over 2 years with the rug now and there are loose threads throughout the center of the rug. You can hardly see the beautiful basket weave for how much it sheds. I hate to leave a poor review - but this was an inappropriately priced item for how quickly its structural integrity (and beauty) faded.

I had an appointment to visit London store on the 25 may there was no one there. Have called customer services. No response. ,, emailed ignored all so. Not a good start. Was going to order a 1795£ rug.
