Customers warrant phone calls when disappointed.

The rugs are beautiful and the best quality I’ve seen. Their customer service was fantastic when I couldn’t make up my mind. Highly recommend.

After my initial disappointment with the quality of the rug, Nordic Knots contacted me and provided me with a new one (which did meet my expectations).
Issues can happen, but if they are solved adequately as in this case, I am still a very satisfied customer.

We are very happy with the carpet we bought.
It has been delivered very quickly and well wrapped.
The quality of the material and the design are very pretty and it looks natural.

We often leave reviews when something goes wrong. But this morning after quite some time I looked at my rug and how nice
makes my living room and thought: these guys deserve a good one.
I ordered a few months ago. The wait was on the longer side (around 2 months), but when the rug arrived I was very happy with the quality that is genuinely superior. It looks even better in person than in the photos.
What also made me happy was the customer service. I had purchased about a month before Black Friday, and when the price dropped during the sale, the team refunded me immediately the difference when I prompted them on the matter. They didn’t have to do that, and that extra step was appreciated.
If you can be patient with the lead time on some of their product this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

It will be ideally if your delivery includes door to door or white glove service.

I love Nordic Knots rugs! We have 5 of them in our house. They are all beautiful and understated additions to our contemporary seaside home, but would compliment any decor. They are high quality and reasonably priced.

What I got after choosing from a photo on line was exactly what I was expecting. Dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you

The carpet is very beautiful. No smell of wool which is very good, but it has arrived with light stains.

Everything good, until delivery, which took quite some time (but still not a ko criteria to me). Also, transport packaging was very poor (basically wrapped in a single plastic foil that was showing signs of cutters).

BUT: Mostly disappointing were the rugs, which did not correspond at all to the pictures. I know that color can vary when seen online or in real life (I order a lot online and I am aware of that). But in this case, both rugs were by far not what was shown on the pictures. Absolutely no parallels. Also, one of the rugs smelled so badly that I had to get rid of it after two weeks (I wanted to give it time and hoped that with open windows, the smell would fade with time. I was wrong).

I am disappointed as the online presence of Nordic Knots was very promising.

The rug is beautiful and of very good quality. Shipping time was fast, shorter than stated.

I ordered 2m long curtains and was sent 124cm ones that don't even cover half my window. I asked for a replacement and was again sent the same 124cm curtains I waited two months for. Would not recommend.

I returned a rug to Nordic Knots just a couple of days after receiving it. The refund had still not been processed two weeks after confirmation of receipt of the return, so I called and was assured that it had been processed. It had not, and I called a few days later to complain and also posted my review / complaint here, with Trust Pilot. That got the wheels turning! I spoke again with customer service, and this time, they processed the refund to my credit card (it shows up immediately as a pending credit) and offered a generous discount on a next purchase with them. I am very happy with the quality of a previous rug I'd purchased from them, and they eventually resolved the present situation with generosity. So hopefully, the lengthy return process was just a glitch!

Seamless purchase & delivery

Ordered a rug, it arrived and I didn’t like the color, i didn’t even role it out, opened it for 2 seconds half of the rug to see the color. It took them 3 weeks to respond after 5 follow up emails, after they finally sent a return label. After 4 weeks they respond saying the rug shows signs of use and they cant resell it. So they are charging me a fees and wont refund the full price. This website Nordic Knots is the biggest scam!!!!!
