Love the option to order samples. They took awhile but it was worth it to feel sure about my choice. I love the rug - colour, design, texture.

Everything i purchased from samples to carpets arrived very fast and look amazing.
The only thing i would recommend is to secure your packaging more, maybe with an extra layer of plastic . The first package the plastic arrived torn and the carpet was a little dirty. These guys from the moving/courier companies are really sloppy and careless, so it would be better for you to seal your product a little better. Other than that i am very happy and pleased with my purchases!

Packing and shipping just as promised. That aspect was great but the rug itself is the star of the show. Such a beautiful and usable addition to the living space.

My house burned down in the Altadena Fire and Nordic Knots offered me a discount to help me refurnish my home and I am beyond grateful. I love my rug. It’s beautiful. Delivery was fast and easy which I really appreciated because I had ordered a rug from another company prior to ordering from Nordic Knots and it just never came. I will definitely be purchasing from Nordic Knots again in the future. The only problem will be having to make a decision on which gorgeous rug or curtains to buy!!

I've now purchased 3 rugs from NK in the past year. Each time they ship immediately out the next business day and arrive quickly. Yes they are pricey, but the market is flooded with low quality wool-poly blends that are stiff and glued with a bunch of chemicals. This is not that. One can expect New Zealand hand-loomed wool rugs to be both more malleable in shape than a "regular" rug and to shed to some degree. I think folks who don't have experience with this type of rug see these as "cons" when in reality they are attributes of authenticity and quality.

Super pleased with how my home has come together and NK was an integral part of making it happen. Great company.

I have two other Nordic knots rugs and have never had an issue but this last one hasn’t been the same. There is a smell coming from the rug that will not go away. We have tried everything and the smell still won’t go away. It’s disappointing!

We bought the Boho in the cream mix, and it is every bit as gorgeous and luxurious in person as the photos indicate. Our only critique—as others have mentioned in reviews—is that the rug is not quite cut perfectly straight. It isn't too noticeable once the furniture is down, but unfortunate nonetheless.

Great! I would come back to buy more after buying two rugs. They are beautiful.
