The Bad service Bad staff competence
The people and the service they deliver is way below than other competitors.
we have booked internet connection, some staff came and used all day to connect the cables from the area connection point to our home and 3 weeks later some other technician came and found out the previous staff connect the data cables to our neighbors cabinet. then he made an new appointment for the next week but later we get a message the new appointment will be next month. The only benefit we got by them is No internet for two months.
