Had connection issues from abroad

Had connection issues from abroad. I tried everything on my end. I finally opened up a chat and worked to resolve the issue. The rep walked me through steps and we were able to reconnect with no problems. Very professional and knowledgeable.

THEY BREAK THE LAW WHEN TAKING…

THEY BREAK THE LAW WHEN TAKING PAYMENTS!
I have few accounts and one ONLY had an 9 months expired card against it YET they took payment from a card ONLY on another account which is NOT legal.
You only now get decent service on the mid and top plans the basic plan you get WAY better perforamcen from budget VPN Windscribe. I will be cancelling when my other account runs out, they are not worth it now, Nord are no where near what they use to be...AVOID

No refund

They won't send any notifications about the renewal and even if you didn't use the service after the renewal they won't give you any refund. Horrible. Ticket id 21001291

I just switched to NordVPN a few days ago....

I just switched to NordVPN a few days ago, but so far, the program is running without a hitch. I chose NordVPN due to reviews that I read about the program, and these reviews had nothing to say negatively about the program. So far, NordVPN has proven to be a very good program

I did not authorize an auto renewal and…

I did not authorize an auto renewal and was charged for it. The price on the 1 year auto renewal was $160, I previously paid about $75 for two years of service. That is dirty business

As for the price, our website has introductory deals, allowing more people to try the service out at a lower price point, while our regular pricing applies to renewals. That said, we also often send exclusive cheaper deals via email, and you can always renew manually with website deals, if preferred.

Billing Subscription process

Its the billing subscription process. Watch what you agree to as far as terms. I just handed over a years subscription and dont use the service. I wasnt aware that I was billed and missed the 30 day grace period. I think that if a person doesnt use the service they should get a partial refund, but Nord doesnt agree. Unfortunaley I was billled for something I dont use and will not be able to get a refund, I cancelled the service and would need to enable it, if I want to use it again. I most likely will take the lost.

When signing up there was an offer of a £40 Amazon voucher after 3 months. At least that is my memory of it!

Haven't had any offer yet after approx 6 months.

Anyone remember this offer?

UPDATE!!
I should of read the small print!!! Getting the £40 Amazon voucher relied on me claiming it within a presecribed time window. I didn't do this of course!!

I would like to review the original offer and see how I missed this detail!! Guess it's my loss and their gain! Feeling less likely to renew my subscription. The market has moved on and there's a lot of offers out there!
