It was surely a real struggle for me to get all the needed info together, but worth the battle to have it proven how good your company is at the security level needed. email change
I was trying to get the email from the account switched, as the email associated with the account no longer exists. The verification processes is too terse and needs to be better. Gabriella did a good job and resolved the issue.

Terrible support and taking money
Works great but support is shocking.
Have an issue with subscription and double charging. Tried to contact support team and they were unable to resolve, said they’d get back to me within 3 days, and 10 weeks later, no response. Are now sending confirmation it’s been resolved and asking for feedback.
