We absolutely love Norfolk Football (Suggs Gym)!
Highly recommended Company.
We have used this company for goal keeper kits which were fantastic quality and quick turnaround. Multiple trophies and engraving of high standard and best of all, for us, personal training for both our sons. The improvements to their agility, fitness levels, speed (I could go on) has been really noticeable. Thanks Paul, great mentor 👌🏽

A fantastic customer service
A fantastic customer service! The company was inundated with orders for the gloves that I had ordered for my nieces for when they play football. Norfolk football phoned me and arranged to courier the gloves to me instead of using royal mail. All this without prompting and at no extra cost to ensure my order arrived before Christmas! My nieces were delighted with the gloves. I'd definitely use this company again. Thank you Norfolk football!

Helpful and informative
They phoned to advise that a certain item on my order wouldn't be in stock till early next year and offered to provide an alternative that would be delivered within 10 days.
I appreciated the call and took them up on their offer as the alternative was a more expensive replacement, at no extra charge to me.

6 weeks to arrive then had to beg for a refund which I didn’t receive luckily the sales bloke was nice enough and cared enough to bring another pair round himself incredibly unprofessional however appreciated the gesture

We respect your decision to leave a 1* review however, we did contact you to say that this item was out of stock with our brand supplier, unfortunately Royal Mail lost the item once we sent which is a very rare occurrence, but granted, shouldnt happen.
We now believe this was because no house number or name was supplied upon time of ordering.
We contacted you as soon as we found out Royal Mail could not deliver the item, filed a report and claim, hand delivered your order whilst this claim went through, and sent you all of the evidence to support this. We understand that 5 weeks is too long but we have done everything possible our end to ensure that you are looked after from what we can control.
My son's favourite football socks right here!!
I was struggling to find my son's favourite football socks and Norfolk Football save me as they had them in stock!! I doubled up the order and they came really quickly. Great communication too. Thank you Norfolk Football 😁
