They charge more than they promise. Onlıne services don't work. You cannot reach out the costumer service. They include free abroad data and talk but charge you when you use. 1 star is only due to discount I bought my phone. I will leave it immediately after subscription ends and never come back unless it makes a huge discount on a phone or something.

Norlys called me about two months ago that they will offer JBL headphones if I transfer my mobile. I said yes but I never received headphones and never received any confirmation that my number will change to norlys from 1st December or not. When I called today to confirm whether or not I will be transferred to norlys first one agent waited me for about 15 minutes and never came back and I called again then another agent picked the call and said we don’t have headphones in stock and we don’t know when it’s going come. Agent couldn’t confirm anything. I was not happy with service so I canceled the whole transfer thing and asked agent to send me a confirmation email. Agent said you will receive in few seconds but I still have not received. Very disrespectful and bad service.

We moved into our house and Norlys blocked the internet connection refusing to cancel the previous owner’s contract. This also made it impossible to have a connection with any other company.
Customer service employees promised to handle it and then send a confirmation via email or telephone call the next day. Not one kept their promise and left me hanging.
They blame it on the IT department but then don’t give you any way to get in touch with them.
We have been without internet service for three weeks.

Huge scammers.
Needed to take over the line from my previous employer and
1.- They charge you to transfer
2.- Then, I was checking how much it was usually charging and after some months I realized the competition (eg. Oister) was offering the same for half or less the price.
I immediately changed, and they then tried to charge me months after the latest payment.
I hope what I paid for you is far lower than the amount of customers you need to lose for your poor service, and your new name don't last more than a year because you go bankrupt.

Those guys charged me for my phone bill and Spotify plan for the month ! Which is normal like every month for the past 10 years, but this time I find out that they have stopped cooperating with Spotify ! So They just canceled my premium Spotify plan without any notification or any direct contact with me ! I had to find all this out from Spotify support and the funny thing they still charged me for it ! Telia would never do such ! Fix the issue or I leave to another company after I been with Telia since 2011

I first wrote a review on September 18, 2025 after Nordlys failed to activate my internet on the promised date and provided extremely poor customer support. I cancelled my subscription within the 14-day cooling-off period, and I was clearly informed over the phone that I would NOT be charged since the service was never delivered.
Yet here we are — it is now November 17, 2025, and I am STILL receiving payment reminders and invoices for something I do not owe.
This is incredibly frustrating and completely unreasonable. Being chased for payments nearly two months after cancellation — despite clear confirmation that I owed nothing — feels like unnecessary pressure and has caused me a lot of stress. I don’t understand why this issue is still ongoing, and it’s disappointing that a company like Nordlys cannot sort out something so basic.
My initial experience was already bad enough, but this continued behaviour has made everything far worse. I truly hope Nordlys resolves this immediately instead of continuing to send unjustified reminders.
