Normandy insurance company is a great company! I really recommend!

Normandy is very easy to work with. They make it easy to bind accounts. Great customer service.

Normandy is a great place to write business. Their underwriting team is quick, efficient, and lets you know right off the bat if they can assist in quoting or not. This is great as an agent because a lot of the time we need to place business quickly, and don't have the luxury of wasting time. Normandy is expanding their appetite as they see success, and that's helped us as well. I love the employees that I interact with, and they definitely make it easy to want to work with them.

This is the worst insurance company. They don't notify you of money is owing even when you have a standing order with them. You just get a surprise call from debt collector's even after being a customer with them for about 7 years. Customer service is the absolute worst! Do not recommend!

Frank Primato, the marketing rep/underwriter is world class. Very few company reps seem to want to do their jobs anymore, and Frank is very attentive and always responds. Highly recommend if you want an employee that actually cares about his job. A++

Normandy is a great company. Employees are wonderful and always willing to help. The only draw back is the technology, need to move it forward more.

Excellent service and always helpful. Quick responses to any questions or service related items. The underwriters ask questions that help you write business on submissions. They definitely are not cookie cutting on underwriting. They will help write business if it makes sense.

It is always so easy to get in touch with someone to answer questions.
The website is also quite user friendly.

Normandy has great support staff for their clients. Our agent is the top of the class. The only issue's I have are that they do not have rated paper yet and their foot print is limited. I am sure they will eventually solve both of those issues. I would recommend checking with them the next time you are in the market for coverage.
