Lacking assistance
After expressing to Normandy insurance that my broker was unresponsive to our request to update our company name and contact information, Normandy representatives continually instructed me to have the broker send over the Acord form for the change. I kept expressing that my broker was not responding to our emails or phone calls so how can I get a broker to work with me if they're not responding to our needs? I was disappointed that Normandy Insurance couldn't have had a different strategy to help one of his customers other than to direct them to a broker that was non-responsive.

The agent portal is the worst
The agent portal is the clunkiest, most unfriendly site I've visited in years. Can't get anything done on it. I always have to call in to get what I need.
