I am renewing my vows on my 25 wedding anniversary, just three weeks away and was in a panic. I found my ideal dress at Norma Reid and it is outstanding. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Great positive experience. Norma Reid is now my go to store for special occasions dresses.

I ordered from the UK online store, and I was worried since there was little information I could find about the website, so I didn't know whether it was legit or not. However, I loved the dress and couldn't find any other dresses I liked, so I bought it. The tracking number wasn't working for a while, so naturally I panicked and emailed. The very reassuring representative got back to me so quickly and put me at ease. Sure enough, the tracking number started working around 14 days after I placed my order. The dress showed up well-packaged, and looked even better than in the picture. I cannot thank you enough, Norma Reed; you've made a girl very happy for her prom ;)
