Product is great and the 6 months…
Product is great and the 6 months interest free is a lovely touch too however I had some trouble with the address as I put the works one instead of personal one so this snagged things up. When all resolved I was told that the delivery would be the following day Tue however it did not come, neither did it Wed, Thr got told the courier was late picking it up and Friday the snow was to blame. Due to the time it had been sat on the back of the lorry the condition of the box was grim and there was a small part cracked. So next working day delivery and delivery in general was a big let down.

I ordered 20th December and paid £15…
I ordered 20th December and paid £15 for next day delivery . No delivery next day then I try to call them but was automated answering machine saying we are closed till 2 January Even though on there website clearly saying they are open.

You are incorrect in your accusation as our website clearly does state our Christmas opening times. There is a link along the top of our website which gives all details.
Furthermore our website does not say we are open. Third party websites information may say differently.
We do have an answer phone system which is turned when we are closed (as we are now until January 2nd)
We are more than happy to either process your order or cancel and refund your order on January 2nd when we re open.

My order was cancelled without reason
My order was cancelled without reason. my first order went smoothly and I was happy with the quality received. I ordered for a second time and my order was cancelled without any given reason to justify this. So I am not happy with this at all. I also contacted the Director but still got no reply... So disappointing

Great range of products, with fast delivery. Only hiccup with website not confirming the order - I have the parcel, didnt receive order confirmation, in my accounts order history also no record.
