Looking through your purchase history I can see there was 1 iron bought in November last year which is still covered under warranty. Anything from older than 12 months is not covered under warranty but we would be happy to look at this for you.
If you could please email me with your details I would be happy to have this iron collected and the problem rectified.

Product is great and the 6 months interest free is a lovely touch too however I had some trouble with the address as I put the works one instead of personal one so this snagged things up. When all resolved I was told that the delivery would be the following day Tue however it did not come, neither did it Wed, Thr got told the courier was late picking it up and Friday the snow was to blame. Due to the time it had been sat on the back of the lorry the condition of the box was grim and there was a small part cracked. So next working day delivery and delivery in general was a big let down.
