Been buying my weights here for some time, but this time the DHL lost them in their depot. The customer team at Northern were lovely and swung into action as soon as I contacted them on Friday afternoon and rushed me through a new order. What a brilliant team and super friendly too!

The kettlebells I ordered have a high quality finish with coloured bands to help identify the weight. There was also a 3 for 2 offer which saved over £40 on an order which would have been £150 representing a really good discount. The delivery was quick and efficient. I guess now they’re here the real work begins.

I am happy to report that although there was a problem with a missing kettle bell, John sorted it quickly. I had ordered 3 kettle bells. They were sent in 2 packages. The first package was delivered with 2 kettle bells in it. The courier then said they had delivered the second package of a single bell but I couldn't find it and there was no pic (I was at home at the time they said they allegedly delivered). I contacted Northern Gum Equipment and John sorted out a replacement bell which was delivered the next day. I got replies to my emails very quickly (even at 7pm). I had been worried because of some of the reviews I read but I have not found any problems with the company and the kettle bells are really good quality and the weight is spot on (I weighed them when I got them).

Amazing customer services
Amazing customer services provided by Northern Gym Equipment. I had an issue with delivery from a 3rd party supplier and didn’t get my order. I contacted NGE directly and they investigated the issue immediately. Whilst investigating they took it upon themselves to reissue my order direct to my house and would resolve the other matter with the other supplier. Incredible quality equipment plus top notch CS
When I found this company I was worried that the quality wouldn’t be good. I was so wrong! The dumbbells are incredibly premium quality (easily the same as brands double the price).
They were shipped really quickly. But most importantly, I had ordered the wrong rack, and yet the customer service was second to none.
Answered my emails within minutes, were so helpful and polite, and couldn’t have been better! All sorted, return made, refund done and all so seamlessly.

My original order unfortunately went missing in transit, but as soon as I contacted Northern Gym, Arthur was on the case. He sorted everything out the very same day, and a replacement order was with me within 48 hours.
I can’t praise Arthur highly enough. He is by far one of the nicest customer service people I’ve ever dealt with—kind, understanding, professional and incredibly efficient. He kept me updated throughout and made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free.
The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Arthur is a real credit to Northern Gym.

Northern Gym Equipment's own Adjustable Dumbbells 2 x24kg
I recently bought a pair of Northern Gym's Dumbbell (2 x 24g.) The delivery arrived on time, in two very strong boxes that could handle 25kg each, so absolutely no damage to the box or items at all in transit.
The dumbbells come straight out of the box and are ready to use, so no putting together any parts at all.
The adjustable dumbbells are so versatile going from 2.5kg up to 24kg in 15 increments. Hence this would been the equivalent of 15 pairs of dumbbells! So these are so convenient and take up hardly any storage space.
Easy to use, just rotate the red dial at both end of each dumbbell to the desired weight. There's a reassuring 'click' when the weight is dialled in and that means it's locked and the weight won't drop out onto you or your floor. I'm very impressed with the locking mechanism you can invert the dumbbells and there's no chance they'll fall off the dumbbell bar.
Overall a great set of adjustable dumbbells at a great price - It's a no brainer!

I ordered 4 different sets of fraction plates, they’re too quality and were dispatched very quickly.
