Long time orderer, beautiful packaging and I've never had delivery issues!
However, I think my most recent batch (exotic incense, Woodstock and coffee and newspapers) were faulty, as the scent doesn't carry at all. I can smell it if I'm sat directly next to the burner, but otherwise there is no scent. It won't deter me from ordering again as this is the first issue I've had and mistakes can happen!

I am delighted with the products and service I received. I ordered some scented oils and they are luxurious. Very little drops needed for maximum scent throw. I can't wait to try the candles especially as my usual brand (rhymes with Spankee Handle) is away to the dogs these days!

I see a lot of people getting wound up about slow delivery. It wasn't that slow plus the team clearly explain on their website and social media that due to the small size of the team, that you aren't going to have your order right away! Chill people! Good things come to those who wait!

I ordered a selection of oils to use in my waterless diffusers. The oils were beautifully packaged, and the scents are gorgeous with a strong throw. My favourite is Grandpa's Allotment which is a lovely fresh warm scent. I also loved Chimney Sweep which took me back to the coal fires of my childhood, I am looking forward to using it in the winter. I will be sampling more soon.

Being an ex-grave digger i am now pleasantly happy that i smell like a Graveyard! Tim.

I bought a room spray and love it - its really lovely and seems to last unlike some that you can buy which disappear immediately. I really like the quirky scents, and can recommend the petrichor one, its lovely.

Ordered on the 28/3. Received an email saying they were dispatched on the 7/4. After not receiving receiving them by the around a week later, I contacted Northern soul and was told there was a misprint error, ok that happens. Jody said the wax melts would be collected that day. I worked out I still had time for them to arrive before Easter since they were being collected by evri that day, a week or so I believe. We'll we're on the 21/4. 2 weeks after dispatch day and 24 days after my order. I contacted Northern soul since but understand they don't respond to emails over holidays. Some of these wax melts were meant to be an Easter gift. I'll stick to glass and wick where I feel like a valued customer.

I’ve been ordering from NSS for probably over a year now. Their products can be addictive! I’ve ordered from and loved most of the range, with some particular favourites (especially the coastal ones, herbal apothecary, graveside walks, thunderstorm, and somehow coffee and newspapers transports me to Paris), but I’ve found the newly introduced spring range to be really subtle and don’t have the same reach as the other products I’ve grown to love. I’m going to try them in a smaller area as they do smell lovely in their packets (Summer Solstice and Enchanted Woodland) but once they’re melting in their warmers, I can barely smell them and I’m not using or doing anything different. Otherwise, the rest of the range is gorgeous: they do not have the synthetic scent a lot of other melts from other brands have; they are unique and authentic and can transport you elsewhere. The delivery time has never bothered me as they outline this on their site and I like that the products are handmade by an independent company.

These are the most amazing wax melts I've ever bought - my nostrils will never inhale anyone else's again! The scents last for ages and the range is really different from the more 'chemical' smelling melts you can get in shops - for example the sxotic incense bar smells just like my favourite incense, but without having to deal with cleaning up ashes afterwards! I can't wait to try out the whole range and look forward to receiving my exclusive subscriber bars every month.

Horrendous Customer Service. I ordered a bulb burner and unfortunately there was a crack in the glass dish. I emailed the company, who apologised for the issue and said they would get a replacement out to me. It has now been over a month, and I haven't received the replacement part. I have sent multiple emails (from various email addresses), with no response since their original reply. It is now too late to get a refund. This is clearly a company that once they have your money, they do not care.

Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The scents are amazing. So unusual unlike any I’ve tried before. Grandads allotment and morning dew are gorgeous I will definitely order again

I have graveyard walks, thunderstorm and woodstock melts. Graveyard and thunderstorm are very different to my usual brand, much more fresh scented. Woodstock is very incence=y (is that even a word!). I love them all. I found Woodstock very strong and a bit overpowering in a small space so moved it to a bigger area. I'm looking forward to trying some more! They arrived quickly and well packed, and the scents are good and last well, even after they aren't being melted they scented the area for a good 12 hours.

I gave Graveyard Walks wax melts to my daughter who is an Archaeologist and has worked for an Undertaker,her nickname at work is Bones and she has a passion for Graveyards and tombs,an ideal gift which she absolutely loved!

Very disappointed.

My order was apparently delivered by Evri whilst I was on a work trip. Arrived home to find no package and none of my immediate neighbours had taken it in. I contacted NSS to be responded to pretty abruptly, if I'm honest. Was told to go and report it to the police.

Bear in mind that I have never given Evri permission to leave packages in my open porch as I work away so often.

I had to drive to my local station to attempt to log this where I was basically laughed out of the station as I had no proof of a theft and they wouldn't issue me with a crime reference number. They were agog that I had been told to report this as a crime and told me to tell the company that they needed to chase the courier. Jody hadn't really provided anything resembling customer service or even an apology so I just didn't have the heart to chase it up again. I'll just chalk it up to a lesson learned on where not to spend £30 a month on wax melts.

Check the one star reviews on this company - pretty much everyone has the same issue.

These are my favourite wax melts ever! They all smell amazing, with my personal favourites being Graveyard Walks, Campfire and Grandads allotment. Just about to place my 4th order and try a few different fragrances. Perfect for gifts and highly recommended.

The scents of these melts are so different and I love them. The packaging was something else, so lovely. The company delivered in a timely manner and I will look to order again xx

I am impressed with the scents of the candles I bought. Thunderstorm and Forest Floor. These are all gifts and they feel unique. They arrived quickly and was surprised as I read quite a lot of reviews about people having to wait a long time but mine arrived within a couple of days.
I would definitely recommend.
