Packages are beautiful little longer to arrive but can understand because they are handmade but worth the wait

Ordered on November 18th and didn't receive until December 5th. No response at all to multiple emails enquiring about the status of the order. Would have liked to say the wax melts were worth the wait but unfortunately they were underwhelming.

As much as I like the scent of the wax melts I cannot give more than one star.
It took almost 4 weeks for my order to arrive. I emailed three times and contacted them on social media and no response at all. I’d almost given up when it finally arrived. The order contained a discount code for my next order but there won’t be one!! The website said to allow 7 days for the order which is not even close to how long it took. I couldn’t recommend this company at all.

It takes a while for delivery but the scents are fantastic. I ordered Chimney Sweep which is smokey and evokes an autumnal vibe. I also ordered Bookshop, which is a lighter, slightly smokey vibe but with a gorgeous tang. Lastly, I ordered Thunderstorm which has a delicate grassy, fresh Spring smell. I was also sent a free sample of a coffee/vanilla melt, which smells absolutely gorgeous in the kitchen. They are packaged beautifully with lovely designs on each packet of melts so would work as a gift. Well worth the wait and I'll definitely order more

Fantastic smells, have tried many sellers would never buy from another again unusual but great fragrance. I have never seen any were before house smells great

As many others have said, this company needs to look at the way they treat their customers. Why say dispatch time is a week when it’s clearly much longer? Why ignore follow-up emails? Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again. Three weeks and one day from ordering to delivery is just not good enough. I’ve ordered parcels from Russia and they have arrived in less time!

Edit: I have felt really bad about my review. Having tried the wax melts, I decided to edit my review. The scents are phenomenal. If you want wishy washy “perfumey” smells then these are not for you. These wax melts evoke long ago times - wood smoke, old newspaper, the dampness of old graveyards. it is a shame that there is such a lack of communication, but I will be buying more.

Lovely products but customer service is so poor - takes weeks for dispatch and no response whatsoever to emails asking for an update. Yes their website explains a timeframe, but I’ve ordered several times now and all deliveries have taken almost a month to arrive. I’d expect that if delivery is free, but it isn’t. I love the items but won’t be ordering again if customer queries are just ignored

It’s unfortunate to have to write this, but after five emails, I still haven’t received a reply.

The scents are absolutely incredible - long-lasting, beautifully strong, and they fill the whole house. They’re such great value for money, and I’ve purchased multiple times before.

However, my latest order has been a frustrating experience. After waiting 10 days, I sent an email requesting an update. I received a response apologising and explaining that they were extremely busy. Fair enough - these are amazing products, so I was happy to wait.

But 23 days after placing my order (and after another email went unanswered), the box finally arrived. Unfortunately, one item was missing. I checked the parcel weight, which confirmed it hadn’t been packed.

Since then, I’ve sent three more emails with no response. Meanwhile, I’ve received two promotional emails offering discounts, but nothing addressing the missing item.

I’m so disappointed by the extended delays and lack of communication - it’s really tarnished an otherwise great experience.

I’ve ordered multiple times from Northern Soul and never had an issues, delivery can sometimes be around 2 weeks but they’ve always made this apparent when ordering!
They smell absolutely amazing, I don’t like any other wax melts now! Thunderstorm is a clear winner for me!

Although their products are good, their customer support service is absolutely appalling.

The goods have always arrived late, and as I am still waiting for an order that I placed weeks ago, I decided to contact the company via email - the only method available.

Sadly, I am now waiting for their replies too. My emails were polite and justifiable, so I have no idea why they can't be bothered to respond.

I always support small,new developing businesses whenever possible. Sadly, this is one that I will never use again and I most certainly could not recommend it.

After reading many of the other 1* reviews the complaints made are very similar. One would think that any proper business would read these,reflect and respond. Not in their case...

I have lost all faith in this company, and in the cut- throat world of businesses today, if they don't resolve these problems, it is doubtful that they will survive.

Fortunately I have found another company and their products are not only better but their customer service is efficient and 100% reliable.

I placed my order on the 17th of November. It is now 28th November and my item still hasn't been dispatched.
I have sent 3 emails asking if they could advise me with details of the dispatch date.
All of my emails have been ignored.
Will I ever receive my order or have they just taken my money? I really don't know.
I would advise looking elsewhere, avoid this company !!
Today is 29th and I've just had my notification. If only this company communicated better

The product - Woodstock oil - is absolutely gorgeous. If I was just reviewing that it would be 5 stars. HOWEVER customer service is non-existent. After waiting well in excess of the time estimate for dispatch I emailed them - no response at all. Emailed again - no response but I did receive a dispatch email. Then took several days for the item to actually get into the Evri system of course. A quick email of apology would have gone a long way towards leaving a better impression.
As it is I love the diffuser oil but won’t be shopping with this company again online - which is a shame.

AVOID!!! They take weeks to despatch orders, they never reply to emails even when you ask for a refund for non receipt of goods, they ignore you. I will be speaking with Trading Standards as I’ve given them a few chances to get it right and still no change. 14 days now since I placed an order, chased and chased yet no reply. They take your money and don’t deliver!!!

Dreadful company. No communication whatsoever. Took my money. No order and refuse to reply to my emails. Do not use.

Update. They did eventually arrive. So I am editing this out of fairness. Still no communication. Very very late arrival.

Best company for wax melts they last ages highly recommend

My 1st order turned up a melted mess, which to be fair, they refunded me for.
I thought I'd give them another go (mkre fool me). I made my 2nd order on the 12th Nov. Apparently it takes a week before they package and dispatch the order. After 11 days and no dispatch estimate I sent an email politely asking when they thought the items would be ready (as I had ordered them as a gift for a birthday on the 28th Nov).
I waited for 3 days before emailing again as I had received no reply.
I emailed again this morning (26th) and still nothing by this evening.
Communication is pretty much non existent and the dispatch times they give are very dishonest.
My items (which I ordered 14 days ago) are yet to be packaged and dispatched and god knows if ill ever receive them.

They state they are a small team but I cannot reccomend this business at all.
Avoid!

I have tried lots wax melts and fragrances for my home none of them close to these THEY LAST! No nasty synthetic smell just
gorgeous complex natural scent that evokes happy memories.
I can't wait for my next parcel 😊
