just had my windows fitted and was very pleased the fitters kyle and Andrew from Bradford were top notch fitters could not have asked for any better very polite made sure you were at ease in what they doing when asking questions obviously you want it right they kept everything clean and tidy done in less then a day impossible to find any fault would definitely do business with you again providing you send the same fitters

I have been using NTW since 2018. Im a property trader and they have just finished my third site. Great products coupled with a good service.

I have just spent over £8,000 with ntw. I got 3 quotes and ended up going with them although they were the most expensive. Mathew the sales rep was excellent but unfortunately the service once the order was placed was very poor. Installation dates were changed several times, there was miscommunication around the surveyor's visit which was scheduled for an hour but ended up taking three and a half hours. The office staff were rude, abrupt and aggressive in requesting payment. The fitters who fitted the windows were disrespectful as the property was empty. No sheets were put down on the wooden floors and plaster was left all over as well as in the porch outside. Instructions were given to the surveyor but this didn't get written on the paperwork so I was accused of making it up by the office staff that strips would be put around the windows. I expressed dissatisfaction today and said that I would be making a complaint and asked for the owners' email address. I was informed that they were not at liberty to give out surnames although I could easily find this on Companies House. The office staff were not interested that I was unhappy, did not go through how I could complain or offer me their complaint's procedure. Instead they have hounded me all day at work for the final payment.

Northern Trade Windows friendly staff measured my doorway, professionally fitted my new front door, answered any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the results.

Having previously had the conservatory done by NTW, when it came around to fitting new windows and a Composite door after a few quotes I decided to go back to NTW, they were fitted within a few weeks of ordering, The team that did the fitting were professional throughout the job, it was a big job windows for 8 rooms, new front door and an Internal tilt and open door into the conservatory. The quality of the windows and doors are superb would highly recommend them.

Good experience with NTW from initial quote to installation. Replaced 5 x very old and rotting sash windows with like for like vertical slider windows on high 2nd floor apartment. Kept me informed every step of the way and were responsive to my various queries. The installers were courteous and incredibly fast and efficient. Would recommend.

Great service, competitive price and efficient fit for 15 windows and composite door. Brilliant surveyor -3 site visits to get it right and to make sure met our requirements. Windows and door all look nice and replaced a damaged glass unit no problem. Thanks to the whole team

Had new windows, composite door, bay window, extended window and door roof and a conservatory fitted. From start to finish our experience has been first class. The builders, fitters and the project team have all been professional, friendly and helpful throughout the work. Every question or query has been dealt with leaving us feeling happy with every job done. Thanks to all at NTW and we would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows and doors which were completed recently.

The four builders and fitters were a credit to the company and themselves and it was impressive how they got on with the job, despite my offers of tea, coffee and biscuits! They worked solidly all the time they were on site.

The quality of my windows and doors are superb and I would like to thank everyone who I had contact with from NTW for such a smooth and brilliant project.

Absolutely love my composite front door, side panels and matching design front window. Had 3 x other windows fitted as well. Superb job done by Elliot and Luke. Arrived on time, completed the job in one day and left everything clean and tidy. Also thanks to Ian who was involved throughout and apologies for me keep changing my mind on the design of the front door and side panels (patience of a saint!) but it was well worth it as i couldn't be more happy with the end result. Still receiving positive comments from the neighbours! Thank you!
