Great service from start to finish. Very reasonable price for all 6 windows and 2 doors. Guys were efficient and courteous and tidied up after themselves, just got on with the job. Really happy with the workmanship and product, would recommend.

We paid over £2k for some French Doors last year. When decorating earlier this year we noticed we could see daylight in the closure gaps. They phoned today as a follow up to try sell me something else. I told them I wasn’t very happy with the doors they’d fitted and before I could even explain why he’d hung up. Rude.
I initially left a more scathing review, which at least generated a follow up enquiry from them, which to be fair they have now been and made some adjustments to the fitting under warranty and they are now much better. In honesty I could have phoned them to do this at any point and their own (ie not sub contractor that fitted them for us) engineer was very good, explained what settlement had occurred in the hinges and how he was going to remediate. Service itself therefore is good, product works much better now properly adjusted, but that doesn’t stop the salesman being rude!

We are absolutely delighted with the service provided by NTW. From Sales through to Installation the service was excellent. The windows were installed over 2 days with minimum disruption and there was very little to do once the installers had left. We would highly
recommend NTW.

This is the second time I have used Norther Trade Windows, both times I have found them very helpful and easy to deal with. Most recently they did a full installation of both windows and doors, for a very reasonable price. Despite there being a few small issues immediately after install they we very quick to return and rectify them. I was especially happy with how they dealt with me over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am happy with the work that has been carried out by Ricky and Mark the work was efficient and they cleaned up after themselves very friendly couldnt ask for any better work persons

We have had 3 separate jobs done by ntw. The quality, service, instillation and price always excellent The installers cleaned everything before leaving. The last 2 jobs were Covid 19 time. But every care was taken.

Very good job always on time and professional work cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room and travelled from Leeds to Manchester

From initial contact, through estimating, planning and installation, the whole process has been excellent.

We had one very minor niggle with one of the glass panels which was swapped out without any hassle whatsoever.

Northern trade have lived up to their reputation providing quality windows but also efficient on time friendly window installors that gave great advice to avoid any damage. I had all windows replaced plus conservatory and a new door at great cost aswell even though some think they are expensive i dont think that at all. We are seeing benefits of new windows already with heat not escaping as much. Aftercare was great surveryor camr back to check satisfaction.

Very professional installers, a little pricey. However you do get a ten year guarantee

Had new roof put on my porch and and new guttering and farcia boards had a bit of trouble with guttering north west trading sorted it out in a breath nice and friendly staff and always willing to help to get the job done keep up the good work

I recently had the door and windows to my cottage recently replaced by Northern Trade Windows. They did an amazing job and were very polite, efficient, reliable as well as being clean, tidy workers. The finished result is outstanding. I can't believe the transformation. The quality and workmanship is superb and difference internally and externally is superb. No more draughts plus a door that fits correctly and tightly as well as being very secure. Can't recommend NTW enough. Thank you!

Used the company before for a kitchen in my old house and was happy then. But I can't stress enough how happy I am with my conservatory and doors from this company. Right from the first visit from Elliot who listened to what I wanted, which was no frills replacement conny (old one was 30 yrs + leaking from every angle) it wasnt a job I wanted to do but had no choice, he didnt try to over sell or put pressure on for extras. The conservatory is fabulous, absolutely so much more than what I expected, I love it and its no longer going to be used as dumping ground as its too good for that! John and Ben who completed the conservatory, you couldnt meet two nicer men who really went above and beyond. Recommended to family and i'm sure they will be just as happy. Need new windows next and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Well done NTW for a great service.

Yet again NTW have come up trumps with the installation of my replacement conservatory roof. This is the second time I have used Northern Trade Windows and would certainly recommend them. From the initial on site quote (from Chris) to the hard working installers John and Ben, nothing was to much trouble and everything progressed like clockwork as promised. The building work was first class and we are more than pleased with the finished result.
So very pleased with this company and I will be using them again in the future. If you want a quality job, done on time and as promised then this is the company you should use.
