Contacted Andy through email in relation to delivery times and dates of a the tv i purchased from them as I needed to be home from work for the delivery. Andy was so helpful and swift in his response, tv was a great price also, a nice chunk less than the so called bigger electronic stores. Will definitely be back again in the future😊

Recently had an issue with a product and the customer service from Andy was second to none. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I purchased 55" TCL tv from this company but the tv was damaged in transit (couriers fault) not nXs.ie .They replaced the tv in a couple of days without any hassle.Unlike some of the big companies there was no language problems or bad communication.All was sorted with no fuss . Thanks to andy and sinclair my new tv is set up and working perfect.A good local company that gets 5 stars all day long.

Recently completed a new build and out of every company we have dealt with when kitting out the house, NorthXSouth were the best to deal with. Prices were obviously important to us and we struggled to find anywhere to beat them for electrics, but it was the customer service we received from Ellie and Andy that set them apart, as it was second to none. They went above an beyond. Highly recommend.

Bought a Freesat 1TB Satellite Recorder Box online from NorthxSouth website. Great communication from the store when I sent a query about the parcel. Purchased the item on a Sat and got the satellite TV receiver/recorder box by Thur the following week. Good sale price and everything worked as expected. Recommended.

I have bought from NorthXSouth a few times over the years and they have always been brilliant to deal with and orders are sent out immediately.
The last order I got needed to be returned (Totally my fault - I ordered the wrong item) and there was absolutely no problems. Returning was very easy and Ellie was such a great help. Would highly recommend them!

Price was very competitive (better than Amazon UK) for Polti steam cleaner. Delivery was free. Delivery was tracked and arrived in 2-3 days — faster than I expected.

Really great prices and very nice customer service. I bought Kamado Joe ceramic grill and delivery took a couple of days longer than expected but the seller added 2 bags of charcoal on their account.

I'm very pleased with this company. I ordered an item yesterday in the mid afternoon. I had paid with PayPal as a precaution because I wasn't sure of the company. I received a notification that it had been shipped through DPD in the late afternoon. It was delivered today at 13:00.

This was the best price I could find for a Kamado Joe BBQ and accessories. The guys delivered it when they said they would and set it up perfectly for free. Keep up the great work, guys!

Google-sourced them for Shark cordless vac. Their price for model IZ300UK was by far the best by €50 with free delivery. Ordered online late p.m. Sun 1st Oct, delivered Tue 3rd. Good communication from start to finish. Absolutely delighted and can't wait to use them again (but hopefully not for another vac anytime soon!)

One of the Circulon knives in the set I bought from them snapped in half on just the second use. Another knife was chipped on arrival but as it was still usable I hadn't said anything. However after the second knife broke it was clear that the set was faulty or of very poor quality. After some research of reviews it was clear that the latter was true, so we requested a refund.

The customer service team initially were understanding but then sent out a replacement knife (not set) before anything had been agreed upon. When we got back to them to reiterate that the knives were clearly not fit for purpose and we wanted a refund they tried to suggest that it was somehow our fault that the knife broke on second use due to 'poor maintenance'. Obviously displeased and unsatisfied with this response I stated directly that a refund was the only acceptable form of recourse. After two months they finally got back to say no further action was to be taken.

Tldr; extremely poor customer service and selling products unfit for purpose for exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs

Faulty item returned at the start of April '23 and no response to my email, phone calls or chat messages since.
Would have given a one star except I have purchased in the past without a problem.
Message sent today and not answered.
