I was well impressed by the price I got on a recent purchase which could not be matched in the Republic of Ireland at the time, saving me hundreds!
I did call to see when the product would be delivered and the lovely lady was spot on with the delivery date,

Google-sourced them for Shark cordless vac. Their price for model IZ300UK was by far the best by €50 with free delivery. Ordered online late p.m. Sun 1st Oct, delivered Tue 3rd. Good communication from start to finish. Absolutely delighted and can't wait to use them again (but hopefully not for another vac anytime soon!)

One of the Circulon knives in the set I bought from them snapped in half on just the second use. Another knife was chipped on arrival but as it was still usable I hadn't said anything. However after the second knife broke it was clear that the set was faulty or of very poor quality. After some research of reviews it was clear that the latter was true, so we requested a refund.

The customer service team initially were understanding but then sent out a replacement knife (not set) before anything had been agreed upon. When we got back to them to reiterate that the knives were clearly not fit for purpose and we wanted a refund they tried to suggest that it was somehow our fault that the knife broke on second use due to 'poor maintenance'. Obviously displeased and unsatisfied with this response I stated directly that a refund was the only acceptable form of recourse. After two months they finally got back to say no further action was to be taken.

Tldr; extremely poor customer service and selling products unfit for purpose for exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs

Faulty item returned at the start of April '23 and no response to my email, phone calls or chat messages since.
Would have given a one star except I have purchased in the past without a problem.
Message sent today and not answered.

Highly recommend.
Had an issue with my basket and therefore completing my order. So often with other sites you are left to either put up with and make do or try elsewhere. Dropped a note in the chat box fearing a long morning of back and forth, fast forward about 3-4 minutes and my basket issue was resolved, payment completed and order ready to ship out with the help of Andy.
Hard to get really good customer service online sometimes but these guys easily get 5 stars. First purchase and not the last. Great service.

Absolutely superb service. From ordering to delivery and all steps in between. Top of the range customer service at all stages. I had ordered a bread machine that I have been looking for since Summer 2021, I finally found it on northXsouth. A very professional company, customer orientated, price competative and product range extensive. I wish them continued success going forward.

I was speaking to a friendly gentleman on the phone and he helped me on delivery times etc. I placed my order on Thursday night, friday am. And the headphones arrived Saturday morning, very quick and reliable. sony wx1000xm3 Are the headphones, great quality and a reasonable price, would recommend. Will buy from them again

As far as it was my shopping experience with Northxsouth and the product I purchased (Sage Smart Grinder Pro) it was excellent. The price on this particular product was, I think, the cheaper in the Country. I ordered during Christmas holidays and they shipped the item within 3 days. I was kept updated by email regarding order status and shipping status. Just one thing if it might help improve the service: The product box was just wrapped with a black plastic wrap so the box itself was slightly dented. I know it is just a box, but maybe using an outher box would prevent from the original box to get damaged. But apart from that all was excellent.

Great price for sage food processor, cheapest around. But I was not emailed that the order had been processed or even dispatched for delivery. Delivery DPD left it at the front door on rainy day (it has been pouring down for days). I had no idea it was even being delivered. Very unhappy about deliveries just left at front door without notice.

Very pleased with my purchase along with the service northXsouth provided. Website is very easy to navigate, easy check out no hassle. Order was processed and shipped first thing the next day. I had to contact costumer service regarding delivery and the lady on the phone very helpful and super friendly, she got back to me in less than 10 minutes with all the answers and beyond. Bought Sage Barista Express coffee machine. The product was delivered well packed and within 2 days as promised. The support team answered my query in few hours. The price was the cheapest I could find. Happy with the buy

Ordered 8.30pm Tuesday and recieved item 11am Thursday 👏 tracked and updated the whole time. Very impressed.
