Update: Norvo pretends that they answer my one star, but this is also a scam - not a single message from them.
Stay away! Trash products, and terrible and dishonest customer service! They even pretend to be Norwegian.
I ordered a product that in no way resembled the pictures or the product description. When I logged in to file a complaint, I was sent an already filled-out form containing another customer’s phone number and email address—with exactly the same experience as mine.
They demand a return that costs almost as much as the product, which of course you have to pay for yourself. To supposedly make up for it, they offered me a discount on my next purchase—as if I would ever trust this company again. Pure and outright scam.

This site is a scam. The information provided is incorrect and the return policy is not transparent or according with local laws.
1. it stated that the item would arrive in 2-4 working days. The site seemed based on my country.
2. The item was coming from China afterall and of course took 2 weeks to arrive. We couldn't wait so had to buy another product from a local vendor.
3. The return is shady. They offer 2 options: 10% return + 50% voucher for next shop or 100% international return and I need to pay shipping (ok) and customs and fees.
This is not according with the Norwegian law. Never again
Update: Norvo did reply to this message as one can see below BUT they do NOT offer any alternative other than the listed above. From their reply it can look as they will sort it out by email but it they don't.

SCAM
SCAM! Order was never received after one month waiting. They refuse to give the money back. There is no customer service, only a chatbot giving vague replies to all emails. Stay far away from these scammers!
