Brilliant!!!
Quick delivery good communication a nice being able to customise to to reflect the person’s personality.
I used mine to ask my mom and bridesmaids to be part of my wedding. Something a little bit different than ur usual gift. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great customer service!!

Had an issue with a missing item from my box. Called the number but there was no answer. They called back shortly after on an unknown number, so I didn't answer but they left a voicemail saying they'd had a missed call from me. I called right back and they answered quickly and resolved the issue as fast.

Lady I spoke to was really friendly too.

I paid for next day delivery and it arrived 2 days later- by friend had left the country by then and couldn’t receive it.

This is a new discovery for me and it's great! I will definitely use this service again. My only criticism would be that the majority of choices are very female orientated - it would be nice to see some more variety that would appeal to males. Otherwise, 5 stars!!

This is such a cute idea! My girlfriend was having a bad week, to cheer her up (we are long distance) I‘m so glad I came across Not a Card! Will definitely be using again for a pick me up for other friends too.

Despite contacting NAC I am referred to by a gifted recipients name, still referred to by this name on a second order for a separate recipient.
Despite filling in information correctly the recipients delivery address came up as the billing address on both occasions.
However gift wise the recipients thought they were blooming fantastic !

Delivery not made & returned to company. Heard nothing from them despite contacting them twice.

The whole experience of purchasing from 'Not A Card' was brilliant. The website is easy to use and the fact that you can select the individual items to personalise the letterbox gift is fantastic. The customer service team were exceptional and dealt with my query quickly. The items themselves were a advertised and it arrived quickly.

Ordered 2 boxes for my friends, they loved it! So different, great touch being able to personalise and choose what gifts, great selection to choose from.

I ordered a self build gift box to cheer my daughter up, was easy to do, reasonably priced and delivered promptly. We were both pleased with the presentation and standard.

I bought this as a gift for someone,something other than flowers, so i didn't actually see the product but the recipient absolutely loved it. It was very easy to order, although you don't know how many items are in your purchase until you reach your chosen limit, that's on me for not counting I guess. I recieved an email to confirm delivery, one to let me know it was out for delivery, one to let me know when it would be delivered and one to say it has been delivered, I didn't have to worry about anything. Delivery was very quick and I would highly recommend, I'll be using them again.
