Package arrived damaged
Package arrived damaged. The corner of the box was wet and damaged the card inside too. The actual items were not damaged which was the main thing but it was present and didn't look great

First time order for a friend
Ordering was super simple and there were lots of items to choose from, the price was much more reasonable than other gift boxes as I just wanted something as a little pick me up for a friend.
She loved the box and was really happy with it. It was delivered on time as expected.

Not worth the money
I wasn't asked for the delivery address, so I had to contact tge company to update this. The items are a lot smaller than expected for the money - I would rather have bought items & posted myself for £20+, which I will definitely do next time! I would have also liked to see more varied items (there's a lot on offer, but all very similar!)

I paid for next day delivery and it took 2 days. By the time it had got there, my friend has gone away for a week.
Shame, as I really liked the idea of this. It was just let down by the length of time it took to be put together in the warehouse.
