Under a tight deadline NotaryPublic 24 DELIVERS! I had several translations and apostilles I needed with a fast turnaround.

Fast and efficient notary requirement - very simple and smooth process.

I had an unexpected requirement to send two Documents to the USA from the UK at short notice a week before Christmas. Both Documents had to be separately Notarised and each accompanied with an Apostille. To find a Solicitor who could organise the latter at all, let alone in a period of less than several weeks, became a wearisome task.

It was then that some idle Googling revealed the services of Notarypublic24. An advert showing happy smiling Legal Teams standing by to complete any legal Certification tasks that you required within 24 hours seemed too.good to be true ....
But I decided to give it a go - and was pleasantly surprised how smoothly it went. Questions were answered promptly by WhatsApp (a sensible means of Comms from anywhere in the world - free and easy to attach any documents prior to their official procedure too).

The process itself was good value , personal certification pretty straightforward using mobile phone camera & passport ID - and all Documents returned by email Notarised and Apostilled within 12 hours . There is a facility to have the presigned Docs - after video Certification - returned in the post/courier if that's needed. What a timesaver without hours of physically booking appointments days/weeks ahead and travelling to attend them .

Two minor notes of caution - check with the eventual recipient that they will accept digitally Certificated documents and that the document Certification process could be done by a Solicitor / Notary not necessarily based in your own country. Notarypublic24 Solicitors/Notaries could be based anywhere in the EU or UK - mine was in Sweden for example for my UK / USA Documents . IF an own country Notary is required this can be done but will take up to 7 days to arrange.

Anyway job done, everyone happy and in less than 24 hours . Excellent and thanks Notarypublic24.

I needed to notary and apostille of a document for a form within a week. They were very helpful in walking me through the process (e.g. payment for more than one signature). When the document came back needing a minor update of a date, they didn't charge me a new order and quickly notarized and apostillized the new docuument. They were very quick in responses to each communication.

Used their service 2 times now and they are INCREDIBLE. Really superb service. Something didn't work for the Embassy, and they issued a no-questions-asked refund. Really, what a service.

But what made the amazing fantastic difference were the people behind the service. Juan was the best professional online I have ever encountered. He answered my questions quickly, kindly and very clearly. He was the ultimate professional and was able to explain to me how to complete the process as my situation was a tad complicated. I paid £55 for documents only to get a digital pdf that I could not use. Then the company tried to get me to pay an additional £60 to get the document for use. Not as advertised - you do not get the original document directly, and will have to pay extra to get the documents.

I had been a bit unsure about overseas notarization and apostille services until I saw an advertisement explaining that documents notarized and apostilled abroad are accepted in countries that are members of the Apostille Convention. I checked and found that my country is one of them. After searching for reviews online, I discovered that NotaryPublic24 provides excellent service. I decided to try them, and their service truly goes beyond expectations.
Their process is fantastic—everything is straightforward, hassle-free, and the communication is clear and effective. They are very accommodating, respond to all your questions, and resolve any issues right away. If I could give many more stars, I definitely would. I got in touch with the team after i made a mistake with my details after purchasing a notarization. I got a reply the same day. I got my document the next day.
Highly recommend. Will be using them again in the future.

I cannot recommend this online service enough. In a crowded market they stood out with excellent customer service. At each step of notarisation and then also requiring an Apostille service they helped with all requirements and advice , super engaged , very prompt attention and turnaround and fairly priced. Special mention to Karl who smoothed all requirements and transactions as specific needs changed. Excellent service - you will not be disappointed.

After 2 weeks of messages, probably around 30, the final document arrived with the last paragraph missing making it useless.
I asked for a replacement complete document or a refund, within minutes a refund was issued without any attempt to make good the document.
The result is that my ill wife will now have to travel to Spain, alone, leaving our 4 dogs overnight, one of them has just had surgery and should be supervised 24/7.
What a shockingly bad company, I would avoid them and get a company that is reliable!
