I ordered Montale Dark Purple Eau De Parfum for Women 3.4 oz with order Number: 100415476 for my wife. She started using it but we noticed that fragrance lasted for only an hour and disappeared. It never happens with Dark Purple as it sticks for more than 24 hrs. We have been using Dark purple for more than an year. The last one we
bought from birchbox was much better and stronger than the one I bought from Notino. The bottle bad also got weared away in couple of usage.
I started doubting if it is really a genuine product as the fragrance is not lasting for even an hour. Also on the product description page you have displayed 4 star review but there is any actual user review to read. How is this possible that product got 4 stars without having actual recorded review. Have you sod authentic product to me? I really doubt it.

Four orders through Notino so far and there will be many more. Great to find a site you know you're getting authentic fragrances from that ALSO offers DEEP discounts on sale items and great, reasonable pricing on non-sale items! Only thing I wish was that they offered free shipping at a lower order total as their main competitor does. I realize this helps us receive the pricing we get from Notino, but it keeps me from ordering all of my scent needs from here, as I don't always want to spend $99+...
Notino is my current go-to for large orders.

Everything is very affordable, It does not take long to receive products in the mail. I shop on this site for Designer perfume and my boyfriend uses this site to buy his Cologne and we LOVE IT! I will never buy these products at a Macy's or anywhere else.

Told me they would send replacement but...
This review is based on shipping...as of now , I haven't recieved my order yet.....
I ordered some cologne on Dec.22 ....I was not home to recieve....UPS sent back after 2 attempts...A week later I spoke with customer service and they told me they would send a replacement.....3 days later I get an email saying that I have been refunded so as of today I have placed another order and I still don't have the refund in my account.Spoke with them today and customer service said even though a replacement was supposed to be sent "for some reason, you have been refunded"...After I asked " is there anything they could do for me " since the second error was on them, they said they would "ask " for a voucher.....Bottom line is....this should have been automatic, I shouldn't have had to ask when you all messed up.....That's good customer service.....

I never received the package
I never received the package. I order about $60 worth of products and the package was never delivered. Granted it was UPS that was at fault, but the customer service at NOTINO did not resend the package nor reached out to help proactively. Needless to say, I will not be shopping from NOTINO.
Update: After writing this email, Notino wrote back saying that they were surprised by this. Well, I have called the number they left on the review to hear what they had to say. However, I was not able to reach the person that wrote back (which is strange since the call back number was a general customer service line). They said they were going to call me back but haven't. I'm not holding my breath.

At Notino we have a highly secure intricate security system in place.
We are proud of having such a tight system in place, which is second to none when putting the safety of our customers first.
This allows us to keep our valued customers and the public, safe from potential fraudulent purchases being made in their name.
The main reason for the secondary card request is because most fraudulent purchases happen when the publics details are obtained online, so to have details of two cards is less likely.
We also suggest checking out using Paypal as this is a very secure system, which you could use to re-order, and you would not have any problems with the order being processed.
Unfortunately when the order is flagged by our system, there is no way to process the order without following the above mentioned procedures.
Of course our aim is not to lose our customers but to protect them and to show them that we do value there protection as well as the custom.
I hope this helps explain things a little better, and I would be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
