I always purchase my perfume from Notino. It is one of the only places where I find my particular favorites at discounted or special offer prices. The perfume are originals and I have recommend the site to all of my friends and family too.

Customer care often hardly understandable.
Not getting responses to emails or strongly delayed.
Payment problems - still waiting to get back my money after having been transferred though the order had been canceled.
Bad experience, unfortunately.

Order not delivered.
I lost money on placing an order which was not delivered. Customer service is fully ignoring my emails and complaints sent via Notino website. There is no response, no solution provided, nothing, a full ignorance.

I order a perfume and it was delivered broken.
I promptly mailed the mail id given on the website stating the same.
But I did not receive any reply.
To date, I have written several emails but none have been responded back.

So I would request all please do not order from NOTINO ever.
Take my word, they are very unprofessional.
Please do not order.

I'm just dealing with their fake niche perfume! Confirmed by their official retailer - the scent is awful and packaging is completely different! Do not buy from them!!

It is a very nice site! The only problem is that it does not offer English for non German speaking people, that's why the 4 stars.

They sell fake products!!! I have ordered Olaplex products many times from authorized resellers, and the packaging looks different. The text and the quality of the paper is different. I wish I checked before opening the bottles... I’m never ordering from these scammers ever again and I’m telling everyone about them, please stay away! 😡

Best place to get all your perfumes all original and good price

Notiono is ok but they use DPD as delivery service. DPD is really bad, hence, I will not use notiono as long as they will deliver via DPD.

I bought 2 perfumes while I was on holiday in Germany, delivery took a bit longer than what they said, but everything was good.
I don’t understand why people say they sell fake perfumes. Mine were original. Second time I buy from them.

I have ordered a parfume - Giorgio Armani, Because it’s you. Unfortunately what I received from Notino is definitely not that parfume, packaging is the same but smells completely different and doesn’t last at all! Very disappointing from Notino to send fakes. Customer service does not respond. Will never buy from them again.

One of the best beauty online-shop for me. Always fast delivery, top quality products,packaging, customer service and very useful newsletter because offers nice promotions, very often.
Excellent price range for expensive products (need just to wait smtmes for promo)
