Horrible service and delivery. The package I received arrived in a very bad condition. The products inside were worse. The packaging was injured on all of the products, and one of the products had a hole in it where liquid was dripping out. The return and refunding was a long process with alot of problems, before i finally managed to get the money back. I will never ever buy anything again from Notino, horrible experience.

I've ordered many packages from notino, and I've never encountered a problem!

I have placed an order and have received 2 damaged items. I have reached out to customer support and over 2 weeks they didn’t refund me. It’s a scam! They keep texting nonsense in order not to pay back. Avoid at all costs people. Zarina Kenesbayeva (order #1524202950)

I found everything I needed and the discount code worked perfectly. The only issue I had was with the last step of the payment, where I had to verify my card with a code sent to my phone. I couldn't see the field to enter the SMS code, as there was a white square blocking it. In the end, I found out I had to scroll to view it.

I recently ordered from Notino and I must say I was very satisfied with everything , things were very safely packed , and it did not take a long time for the stuff to get to me ,
I will be buying from them now regularly, i have made another order today !

I bought few perfumes (order for around £150), excellent contact until I opened first perfume (Lancome Tresor la nuit), completely different fragrance, smells like cheap perfume. I contacted immediately with customer service - no answer. Meanwhile I started to use another perfume (Paco Rabanne - Lady Million), fragrance stays for around an hour and that's it. I sent another mail trying to find some solution for my problems but no answer for any mail (I'm sending them every day since last week). Looks like I'm unlucky and got cheap fakes. I would not recommend.

My order never arrived due to unknown reasons (a shame because my daughter had no Christmas present). It got sent back, and I didn't get my money back automatically. After I called they sent me the money back immediately though. My email was also answered.

I have purchased olaples products as a New Year gift however they were never delivered. On the currier site the explanation is as follows the recipient is not found. My address is correct so I am just guessing that notino did not write my address info correctly. So I ended without a gift for my New year's eve.

if there is less than one start I would give it to them. It is a horrible experience as I neither received a confirmation per Email nor tracking details. It was a birthday present that has never come and it was a Prada parfum that was not cheap. This retailer is horrible and never ever again!! not to be recommended. Stay away from it

I just bought a few item as a present for my father and choose the env friendly packaging of a present-- Huge mistake.. it is total garbage.. I could have spend my 1 euro on toilet paper and get a better looking gift than what they sent. Never again. You get a piece of paper full of hols. No wonder they have no picture on the site showing exactly what they mean by that.
