Great prices, excellent customer service
Ordered a Burberry London Him and Her 100ml. each. The London for Men bottle arrived broken and we could smell it. The delivery agent advised us to return both and took the bottles back. I informed Notino. Within 4 working days the new shipment arrived well packed and safe.
Rarely I see prices below Amazon prices. I got a great deal for two expensive bottles and I am happy.

Terrible support
Terrible support, they sent me the wrong product in the order, I had to pay to send back, super rude on the contact, saying that they sent the right products when I provided photos and all the information.
I will never buy with them again.
I order color 9/60, they sent me color 9/, which is a completely different color. If they have people without knowledge on the support, then support is even worse.

Great First Experience!
I was a bit hesitant to order from them because I had never heard of Notino before. I discovered them via idealo. The price was good so I decided to place an order, here are my pros/cons:
Pros:
- Great, sustainable packaging
- Quick delivery
- Great price
Cons:
- After placing the order, I would have expected slightly better correspondance

Never received my order, no money back!!!
I placed and payed for the order and never received it. Contacted the service center many times via email and phone, sent them the payment receipt from the bank about the completed transfer, but they never tried to help. Horrible customer support and finance management. I’m surprised to see such a high overall mark for the store here as I personally have lost my money with them - payed and received nothing.
