Package never arrived . Don't buy from them. After 3 weeks no solution or refund

My real experience two days ago. I got a package from notino through DPD. I Ordered a perfume(Amouage Interlude woman 100ml). The package had almost no weight on my hand like just an empty box! I was careful, and took my phone out and tried to film it. (Because days ago i received another DHL empty package! It was supposed to be a perfume trade deal with 3 fragrances in but inside was nothing). I was filming DPD deliver opening the package and he also opened the perfume box. It has no perfume inside the box! The box looks new with cellophane! But nothing is inside!!! I tried to call Notino many times to ask for my refund but they refused, they wrote me email saying refund is not possible but they can send me a Coupon, the funny part is the coupon value is even less than what I paid for that empty perfume!!! Now I am trying to talk to my lawyer and make things right! I'll never trust Notino and I absolutely don't recommend it to anyone! If you dont believe this experience, please contact me for the real video. Thanks!

They sell fakes and do not admit and ask that you pay the return shipping to send it back.

I struggled to login, nothing worked.
They said wrong pass / email, and whet trying to recover the password, they say the email does not exists.
Of course I tried to create a new account using same email and again of course they said the email is already registered.

I couldnt search easily on search bar. It refreshes all the time

Great collection of fragrances at amazing prices, I have enjoyed shopping with notino.

1. Product listing showed "free shipping" badge but product did not have free shipping.

2. Ordered product on Sunday - checked on Monday and order is cancelled. No email, no explanation and no refund.

Based on previews reviews I assume I will have to contact by bank for a refund.

I bought one Shiseido Zen for my mom! The smell is not like by an original parfum and also is not lasting, so i believe is not an original!

I ordered something for 40 euros to get free transport. They canceled one of my products, as it was out of stock and they asked me for 5 euro transportation. I don’t understand why I have to pay for them not updating their page. I am just sorry I wasted my time.

I ordered and payed 4 prafurms but in the packed was only 3!!!! One parfum for price 74 e miss!!!!! I write 4 email for 3 days and i have any answer.
