I very like the products of Madame Gres, because it's smell of this perfume is as velvet or silk.

The customer service team is not focused on resolving the problem, but rather on closing the case as quickly as possible. They do not investigate what might be behind the issue; instead, they send a template response that essentially tells the customer that the customer is at fault.

They allow themselves to communicate in a dismissive and condescending manner during message exchanges. Customer requests are not fulfilled, and they are unwilling to provide compensation, even though the customer suffered a financial loss as a result of their mistake.

i started shopping on Notino only recently and i love it. great prices, wide product range and you can get gifts with certain purchases.

I chose a gift for 80,000 points, but I didn't get it with the next order either. It looked like I put it in the cart, but it didn't appear there. I wrote to customer service, but I only got a template response copied from the terms and conditions. I tried to explain to them again that the machine didn't add it to the next order either, but they didn't really care about my complaint. The item was deleted and my points were taken away. The loyalty point system is a big scam!
If someone wants to run a loyalty reward system, they should do it in a way that people can use!

I have ordered a MAC bronzer with multiple other products. The bronzer came damaged. I have started the return process and after long arguements with the customer support, they have sent me a replacement, which also appeared to be damaged. The product is unusable, previously they stated no refund is available for such cases. I would not recommend sourcing from this market, prices are also high, while you do not receive any extras regarding customer support in case of a damaged product.

After a week!! of nondelivery had to re-order and in the meantime 1/4 item sold out. Promised cash return has not arrived within 2 days either. Not satisfied with the “no product, no money” status atm. Actually going around the site to get the products.
