I like the wide range of products on Notino and their transparent and reliable delivery service.
However, the prices often seem to be higher even than in regular offline drugstore chains. Notino usually provides good promo codes, but sometimes it just doesn't make sense to order from there.
Also, I tried to choose environmentally friendly packaging twice, but both times this option got removed automatically in later steps. Maybe this happens only if the order is picked up at the store. Then it's a pity and should be explicitly mentioned.
P.S. Oh, and English is highly requested for the website and the app! Its absence limits user/customer experience a lot.

Quality Products , Good price

I prefer choosing this company over the others as they always have the best offers, I can pick up my order in their stores (which is much easier for me as I am barely at home), and sometimes they give exclusive brand gifts to the order - which is truly amazing:)

I have been buying cosmetics with Notino for several years and so far I have been very satisfied. I was often able to buy my favorite products at a significant discount. The staff are very helpful and give useful advice. I love the reliability of Notino, I will continue to buy from them.

The service is quick, simple and polite. They have a big variety of things I may need for a very good price and I have no risk since I can send back that I purchased if needed. A quite fair kind of business, really appreciate this!
