Leaky insulated bottles
Have purcased a few things from this company before with no issues, however i purchased 2 x 1L insulated drink bottles as a christmas gift, among other things, paid $70 for the bottles.........only to find that the straw lids leak. Sent an email to the company about this and have heard nothing in return. Won't be wasting my money again!

We brought three crate full of crap and that is exactly what we got ! Absolute unusable crap.
For what it cost I would never recommend this for anyone.
There was one usable thing in all three boxes the rest is off to the dump!
Complete rip off !!!!! You could at least put some nice stuff in there !!! 👿👿

I wanted to buy a niche DIY book nook and an oodie hooded blanket as gifts for my long-distance girlfriend's first visit to New Zealand. Both items were from US-based websites and came with high shipping costs and long delivery times. However, I was surprised discovering that notsocks.co.nz had them available that too with lower prices and they arrived within just two days. It was an amazing shopping experience with notsocks.co.nz.

Although the gift I ordered didn't arrive with all it's correct bits, Not Socks was quick to post the missing bit out. When it didn't arrive before the gift receiver returned to Australia, they refunded the cost of postage. Not ideal but handled very quickly and very well. Thank you for correcting this. I will definitely shop with you again :)

Beautifully gift wrapped Christmas presents
Fantastic service and easy to deal with, really helpful staff even at the busiest time of year! I ordered some Christmas presents on Friday, they arrived on Monday, beautifully wrapped complete with hand written cards, and ribbons!
