First time purchaser. I had a pool floatie emergency and Not Socks had outstanding customer service and made sure I got them the very next day!

I've had probably the best customer service experience ever.
The amount of care, understanding, will to help (and actual help) was just outstanding!
Wish more businesses could operate in this fashion.
In particular, I want to thank the staff member Alix, who throughout the whole process of the purchase-dispatch-delivery-receiving has been nothing but amazing: guiding, aiding and solving an urgent and quite complicated request. All that in a responsible and yet cheerful manner.
