I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Over 2 months and my order still hasn’t arrived. I contacted the company 3 weeks after I ordered as it still hadn’t been shipped. I got some weak excuse that they were “overwhelmed” with orders, but it wasn’t sent for a further 2 weeks. Now my tracking states it’s still at the original location. I can’t even file a complaint or request a refund as there’s no options to do so. An absolute joke. I think I’ll report a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

ordered shampoo and conditioner, it’s honestly one of the highest quality if not the highest that ive seen. lathers well for a natural shampoo. I will not be surprised to find myself re-ordering this product when i run out. the only downside is that it took three months to arrive.

Before using noun, my moms hair used to fall off frequently and we tried many shampoos and oils but it didnt work but when I got noun, my mom tried it out and loved it and she has always been ordering noun since, when they were out of tt shop, i couldnt order any and we ran out so my mom had to use another shampoo and like its been a few days that her hair is starting to fall off again. I just received my noun shampoo today. Noun genuinely saved me too, no double shampoo, lathers nice, got rid of my dry skalp, and it cleans your scalp very good.

Greatest Shampoo, Conditioner, and Tp on the planet
shampoo cleansed veryy good conditioner was verrrrry good at what a conditioner was suppose to do, texture powder was out of this world suuuper awesome. ONLY downside was i waited over 1+ month for my package, but ignoring that it was awesome in every way. Do really wish it came in sooner, but other than that it was awesome. Completely unbiased and had zero expectations and no glaze.

I was a little unsure at first because of the long delivery time but it is definitely worth waiting. It was the best shampoo+conditioner I’ve tried and first one that didn’t make my hair frizzy after using.

To clarify, you should never need to download an additional app to track your Noun Naturals order. Tracking information can be accessed directly through the shipping carrier's website, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, using the tracking details provided with your shipment.
If you were prompted to download an app, it was likely the Shop app by Shopify, the platform that powers our store. While some customers choose to use it for order tracking, it is completely optional and not required to receive tracking updates.

After reviewing your order, we discovered there was an issue with the original shipment during customs processing. Unfortunately, the package never successfully cleared customs and never made its way back to us, which created confusion and delays on our end. We should have identified the issue sooner, and we apologize for that.
Once we confirmed what had happened, we immediately sent a replacement order, which was shipped approximately 14 days ago. Based on the transit time, it should have arrived by now or be very close to delivery.
