Order Never Sent
Ordered on the 26th of January and I have not even got the shipping information, it is the 22nd of April, I emailed them twice and they said the same answer. That they have got a bunch of new customers and they will pack delayed orders soon. But it has gone 3 months and no shipping yet. (It is June now, the order has been sent. However, it shouln't have taken 5 months.)

Ordered 2 items on 24th of feb, currently 12th April still not arrived after it said it would take 10 business days maximum even after paying large shipping fees. Customer service is awful and give out generic responses when you inquire about the order after shipping updates stop. i'm not sure how it is if your in America but don't order if your from Europe as its basically a scam even after paying £80

The UK and Europe are actually our second-largest market after the United States, and we successfully ship thousands of orders there. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was originally shipped on February 22. Unfortunately, the package never made it past the export process and became delayed before reaching its destination.
Once the shipment was returned to us, we immediately sent a replacement order at no cost to you at the end of March. We also issued a refund as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
According to our records, the replacement shipment was successfully delivered. If for any reason you still have not received it, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.
While UK deliveries typically arrive within 7-10 business days, customs and carrier issues can occasionally create delays outside of our control. In this case, we recognize the experience fell short of our standards, which is why we reshipped the order free of charge and provided a refund.

My go-to hair brand!
I’ve been using Noun Naturals for over a year now and they’ve become my go-to for hair care.
The quality of their products is genuinely excellent — my hair feels healthier, stronger, and much easier to manage since I started using them. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything I’ve tried has worked really well.
The only slight downside I’ve experienced has been delivery, which hasn’t always been the quickest or most consistent. That said, it’s never been a major issue, and the quality of the products more than makes up for it.
Overall, a great brand that I’ll continue to use and recommend to others looking to improve their hair care routine.

I bought noun for the first time in Nov-Dec 2025 and here is what i think is good:
Shampoo:
cleanses Well (sometimes a little to much)
helped with a dry scalp
smells good
is a bit to water
the hole of the bottle is a little to big
good lathering
no dry Hair after wash, just a bit to flat
Overall 8/10, they should fix the bottle.
Conditioner:
Smells good
is creamy
conditions well
you dont need to much
doesnt make hair frizzy or wierd
10/10, dont use to much.
Support is Nice and helpful, they should fix their shipping problems!
