Disgusting customer service.
Ordered products for my business only received half my order. I have tried emailing with customer service. I either get ignored or extremely delayed responses as no one on the team seems to work full time. I’m continuously passed to new people, who also do not resolve the issue. No one will speak to me over the phone. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no resolve over a stock issue that was the company’s fault. I trained with KB pro so it’s extremely heartbreaking to be passed around after spending so much money with them. Will not be ordering from them again. Customer service is a shambles. There are better brands.

Disappointing Customer Service
Rang in to query a product that was on the website, as the details of the item weren’t given, so very unclear. I was advised to pick a particular one, and when It arrived, it was wrong, not suitable at all. Had to email in with pictures, and was then sent the same wrong item again. Emailed back in and was ignored. Really disappointing CS 😏

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because after converting the certificates won't download & the company won't email me them or offer any help/solution. Complete waste of time/money if I can't show the certification. :(
