We have been taking lessons for our two children for about 4 years, and we are very satisfied. One of the great advantages is the opportunity to work with teachers who match your child's personality. The teachers are aware of the challenges of online education and make an effort to keep the children engaged. The curriculum, along with the games and videos provided after the lessons, is highly effective. Additionally, doing preliminary work with slides before the lessons has made the sessions much more productive. I highly recommend it

Teachers are specialist on their subject, and know how teach for kids. its possible study with same tutor continuously

Our teacher, from whom we take a lesson, is wonderful. My child loves to attend classes and has fun while learning. But personally, I expressed my complaint about an issue, I still didn't get a solution-oriented response. Although I've been writing to customer service for 2 days (reminding me that I'm waiting for a return), there is no response to my messages, I complain about communication.

The lessons are very enjoyable for my daughter and we are very pleased. We just have a hard time finding lessons with the same teacher and fitting them into our own schedule.

We are glad to meet novakid. Teachers are friendly and patient. They try their best to make the student understand the lesson. Also the app is easy to use. Planing the lessons and if necessary changing the date or time is possible. This makes us happy because we can make the environment better for our child. Exercise pages are enjoyable. Our child does not get bored and wants to keep on to learn something new

We made few lessons with our teacher Melphy and it was awesome. My daughter loves the lessons so far. And nova kids team is so helpful in everything.

We love the teachers, my son loves the program and finds it interesting. I also believe that corrections and feedback throughout the class is just on spot. The teacher neither over corrects nor skips the necessary corrections.

My daughter is currently shy in classes. I think he will actively participate as the lessons progress. Our teacher does his best to ensure active participation in the lesson. It is very good to reinforce it thanks to after-class activities and homework.

With respect to the hourly rate, I need to say that they never pay the money you deserve or even the money to justify your endeavor. Only 3 dollars an hour, which becomes 1.5$ for a 30 minute class.
Moreover, the assigned sessions in your calendar slots are scattered such that it stops you from your other daily routines (30mins at one hour and then 30 minutes two hours later and ...). I even tried to pile up the dedicated hours only to a few days of the week, but they emailed and threatened to hide my account.
The classes can be canceled without you getting paid for that.
The platform hangs frequently and when you log in again after a few seconds, it is the teacher who is going to be punished for being late or having connection problem. BTW, my internet speed is 250MB and I have many other online classes without any issues.
The platform also has problem in a way that tools do not work and you sometimes need to refresh the page to make them reactivated.
Overall, the experience was unprecedentedly terrible.

My son waited for half an hour but the teacher did not come so ı dont trust Novakid and novakids teachers

The teacher is cheerful. Teaching materials are fun. Teacher pays attention for student's pronunciation. However I expect them to make my daughter speak a bit more. I hope we will experience more interactive classes in future lessons.
