Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommended!

I can't recommend Melissa at Novamar Insurance Mexico highly enough.

I was referred to Melissa for our Mexican auto insurance before our move to Mexico. I sent her all of our information late Friday afternoon, and within hours she had three policy options ready for us to review. By Monday morning, everything was finalized and we were fully insured and ready for our trip.

Melissa was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. As Canadians with very limited Spanish, we really appreciated that she was able to assist us in English, making the entire process completely stress-free.

The whole experience was fast, easy, and efficient from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, she answered all of our questions promptly, and the level of customer service was truly second to none.

If you're looking for Mexican auto insurance, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa. She made what could have been a complicated process incredibly simple.

They’re always ready to answer my…

They’re always ready to answer my questions and are EXTREMELY kind and amazingly helpful by speaking English. Since there’s so many elderly English speaking Expats that Vallarta attracts it’s nice that many businesses are adjusting to have some staff to help english speaking customers support!
