if i could give it zero stars i would
i ordered 2 dresses the same for a xmas party (not knowing if i was a 12 or 14)i wanted something really nice to wear and the dress looked amazing. i’d ordered a lot from other shops next , matalan. m&s and others but not found anything suitable. they all came within a few days of ordering and were all very good quality in very good packaging on hangers with return labels in which is what i’d expect when they cost around £50, but still not to my taste. sent them back no problems and free returns. i was getting desperate and saw this site with what looked like real lively quality clothes. i thought id found the dress for my xmas party and ordered 2 for size with intentions of sending 1 back . i paid £100 for the 2 . it didn’t come for xmas so i hoped it might come for new year but it didn’t . i sent emails EVERYDAY sometimes twice a day complaining to them and trying to cancel it but they weren’t getting back to me so. when the dresses came i knew straight away there was going to be a problem. they where in a bag that was so small a tea towel would fit in it. i didn’t even take them out the packaging. i was straight onto them to get them returned. but it went in for a month. they offered me 10% then 20% 25% 35% and all the time i was asking for them to just to tell me how to return these VERY POOR QUALITY DRESSES.(they were like something you’d expect from temu or shein that you would pay no more than £10 for)i couldn’t believe when i got an email that i presume was a returns form but it was all in foreign so i still hadn’t a clue how to return them.
thankfully id paid through paypal. and they sorted it and i got my £100 back. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM . the so called evening dresses will be going to the charity shop

Bad avoid bought a coat looked lovely then it arrived omg it was cheap not lined tacky paid 67 got 20 back after complaining never again. O stars

Horrible scam company, complained to paypal who have contacted them and emailed to say Novant are offering a 40% refund, bizarre to think this is reasonable, so now trying to return the jacket they sent and they will not provide a contact number or email address which Chinese customs require. Avoid

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered a burgundy coat as a Christmas present, it arrived mid Jan and instead of Burgundy it’s bright red. They refuse to refund postage and say it’s just a slight colour variation. Arguing with a robot is soul destroying!!

Avoid this website at all costs. They pretend to be based in France but are actually a bunch of Chinese scammers. The products look nothing like the website. You will get products that probably cost 20% of what you paid them on other sites like TEMU or Alibaba. The materials used are almost falling apart before you even try them on. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I was very lucky that my bank have reversed the charge. Please don't make the same mistake as the rest of us posting on here.

My daughter purchased a jumper for Christmas. It did not arrive in time and when it did it was rubbish. Today at the Post Office she was told it would cost £16 to return. The Post Office told her that many people had been returning goods to the same place. The company are refusing to collect the parcels, and therefore refusing returns. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? IT'S CRIMINAL.

Shocking. Don't buy from this company. They are not in France or Amsterdam but in China. THe jumper I bought was poor quality and inconsistently sized (sleeves too short despite XL). Customer Service definitely not a person. Finally said I could return to China at my own cost. Not sure if I will now having read that a previous reviewer had their parcel rejected.

Totally fraudulent Company, so called jacket looked nothing like picture advertised. Quality of material appalling. Please do not get caught out with this Company. Very expensive dishcloth!!!!!

This company brings False Advertising to a whole new level! If I could give them a minus 10 I would!
Ordered leather gloves (large); they sent me plastic gloves (small). BUYER BE EXTREMELY AWARE on this one! Stay away!

Regards from Poland! Order worth over 100euro, received bad quality jacket, not even close to what was shown online. After a few emails they have replied and gave a return address In China. We have paid another 35 euro for shipping and guess what? They have rejected the parcel. Novant.fr are cheaters!

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought something from them. They have this pretend customer service who's very chirpy and cheerful and offering random discounts - 10%, 20% - for a $55 shirt that was 100% polyester, poorly made, and not at all like what the model was wearing on the website. They must use AI religiously.

I'm adding 1 more 1 star to this cheaty company... Avoid shopping from them. I fortunately used PayPal & they got all my money back to me. Thank you PayPal. Thumb down to you Novant. You are a ZERO cheater.

Warning, warning! This company is terrible. The quality of the fabric and sewing is awfully bad. Many mistakes in the fabrication. I want to return my order, but they make it impossible. They pretend to be in Europe, but are based in China. If you need to return, even faulty items, you need to pay the shipping yourself, to China! Whatever you do, don’t be fooled by their glossy website. It’s a big scam!

I cannot explain how frustrating their returns process has been. Long delays between replies and after insisting I want a refund several times - they continue to offer me random discounts instead of providing the relevant return instructions. I worry my money is lost even though I returned the item unused to the address on their website.

The worse company ever, DO NOT BUY from them, i have try return coat the is no response from them what so ever, No customer service, really bad quality of clothing BE AWARE!!!!!!

I would give zero rating . They are one of the worst sites I have bought on . They do not give refunds even after telling them it’s my right . The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture and was terribly made in cheap fabric .

If i could put minus 10 I would these are crooks. Do not buy from them and learn from my experience. I bought boots which were £63 and they are too big. Saw them later at £17 on another site.
Have nonsense emails from them when I ask for refund. Sent boots to address parcel - Edward in Southall but they refused delivery and it was returned to me. So I have paid postage in addition to money for boots. CROOKS!
