I have ordered and the dress arrived exactly as advertised - unbelievable!!!! Dress is great! Something not a scam for once

Novodiva assured me that my package was delivered to my secure postal station on March 11,2025. (I ordered the item on February 2, 2025 !!) It never arrived, even though Novodiva said it had been delivered to me. I filed a complaint with the USPS and they tracked the tracking number to an entirely different address- I called that address and they never received any package at all. This is a scam! The Postmaster General explained to me that "Novodiva probably had no intention of sending you anything, but they did take your money." I have contacted the Attorney General regarding Novodiva International Mail Fraud, International Wire Fraud, International Credit Card Fraud.
Hang on to your $$, don't try to shop here!!!

The set is good, it would be more better if the bra in the picture can be in stock.

I decided to give you one more chance since you guys reply to the bad review that I post in this platform and I still waiting for the response, I place an order last January 22 and I also paid for express shipping,it was supposed to be delivered the same week but it didn’t arrive until march 1st or at least that what the company says because I never received my package!!!! I lost my whole money and I being trying to sent emails and the company never reply, this is just unacceptable!

Love the set but it didn't include the cute bag as shown in all the pictures and in the advertisement.Anyway the set is great.

TERRIBLE!!!! I wish I had searched for reviews before I ordered what looked to be a super cute outfit on Pinterest. The clothes look nothing like the picture. The sizes are way off and the top I ordered smells like mold. I requested to return and they offered me $5 in compensation And would not provide the return address so that I could check the shipping price which you have to pay if you make a return. It’s total crap. I will never order another thing from a company in China. They hide this fact as the return address on the package was actually in the US.

Clothes are nothing like the advert and sizing is bad. Returns have to be sent to China even though they came from a UK address.
Companies like this one should be banned from facebook

If there was a way of giving 0 stars, I would! Pictures look absolutely nothing like the clothing they ship to you. They hide the fact the clothes are coming from China on their website so I made the mistake of assuming it was US based. Horrible customer service too, no number on website; just an email to communicate any issues you have. When you try to return the package, they make you pay for international shipping to China (I’m in Canada) and you have to regularly check up on your refund/return status. So, do yourself a favor and do not waste your money, time, and energy on this seller! Beware and spread the word.

I wouldn't give this company even 1 start. It is terrible, I received the package on Saturday 3/01, more than a month after I ordered. The party that I supposed to use the dress was on Friday 02/28, thus I did no need anymore.
Also, I cannot keeped it because the size is wrong, is the doble of my size, even though I used the chart on the website, the quality is terrible and the dress I received is totally different that the one showed in the website. I think this is a fraud.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Bought a dress which came and looked nothing like the picture. Asked for the return address in which they sent an email back persuading me to keep the dress. I insisted I want a refund which I have not yet received. I have sent multiple emails which they do not reply to.

I ordered some dresses and because of delay delivery I cancelled the order before shipping, I sent many emails to be sure they confirmed my order cancellation and after three weeks when I followed my refund they said the order was delivered. I suppose it’s a scam website to stole your money! Never ever waste your time and money.

DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM. The dresses look NOTHING like the images . A complete rip off and the quality is beyond shocking . Absolute scam

I have been repeatedly sending emails to inquire about my package's whereabouts and estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, I have received no response and feel completely ignored on Instagram and Facebook as well.

I am continously sending them emails but they are not replying about refund so far

I purchased a 2 dress and one blouse the quality is bad and that don’t let you send it back even on web is written that you can send it back within 14 days . The size M feels like size XS
