I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The procedure was smooth, and I’m really happy with the natural look of my hair transplant.

I did an eyebrowtransplant a few months ago. The staff is amazing and extremly professional. The hotel, transfer and premises were super nice.

The best thing is the communication efter the procedure that follows for month. The staff requires pictures every month to make sure everything is healing well. Since part of my eyebrows did not grew as planed they have invited me back to make sure I’m satisfied with me results.

I had a beard transplant at Now Hair Time about 9 months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely 5-star. The whole process from start to finish with Now Hair Time was absolutely brilliant. They hold your hand throughout the whole process and put you at complete ease in what can be quite a scary procedure.
I sent my initial picture through WhatsApp and was told how may grafts I would need, I was then able to book a date after arranging my flights.
I was picked up from the airport in a really high end taxi, taken to the hospital for my bloods and then to the star hotel which is in a great location right near a lot of restaurants.
The next day I went to the clinic for my hairline, hair cut and then to the hospital for the procedure that took around 7 hours.
I will admit the anaesthetic is painful but that’s to no one’s fault, it’s just part and parcel but everything after that was painless.
They gave me 6 months worth of vitamins and shampoos to set me on my way.
Everyone who worked there was brilliant and so friendly.
I would highly highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to take someone with you as you can get a bit groggy and it helps to have that support network.
Lastly, I would recommend them so much I have told my younger brother to go. That’s how good I thought they were

Great experience with now hair time. Constant communication throughout my trip and have consistently followed up to check my progress. You are treated very well from the moment you arrive until you leave and I’m very happy with my results.

I was worried about the whole lot and how the experience would be but as soon as I landed the professionalism was from the off.. I felt so important,safe,etc and was brought for the standard bloods the night before and then was brought to the most beautiful hotel. We were right across from a lovely pleasant area full of coffee shops and restaurants. When we got to the place of surgery they were so cool too and were brought down for breakfast before the procedure. We were then took up to get the transplant (sounds worse than it is) the initial injections are sore but that only lasts 30 seconds to a minute and then the rest is just you waiting for it to be over. You don’t feel a thing.
After it we are brought down for food and then back to the hotel again. Chill for the day and then they bring you back again the next day to take of the dressing and wash it down.
I am 7 months post and I still get a text from them every month to see how it is.
My results have been amazing and I could honestly say after 10/12 weeks I was up to where there the shedding was done (I wear my hair short) and as far as I was concerned I had it all completed , but of coarse it continues to get better month by month.
I can assure anyone is thinking about it not to worry about it and now hair time are all they are made up to be and you’ll be so happy you done it. Take it from someone who is hard pleased , it was amazing, I am so happy with my results and anyone who knows me closely were so impressed. The others who didn’t know I went over didn’t even know or notice I got a procedure done. That is how good the work was.
