Everything was great and it’s the experience. They take care of you very well and always checks up on you and your progress. Also happy with the result.

The staff were completely unprofessional, chatting and laughing in Turkish throughout the entire procedure. Their lack of regard for hygiene was alarming, as evidenced by their unfamiliarity with basic cleanliness standards. The equipment was antiquated, stained with blood, and in deplorable condition. I can only hope I haven't contracted any diseases as a result of the procedure. Contrary to their claims, there was no doctor present, and the so-called VIP transfer was just a regular car service. However, the hotel accommodations were satisfactory. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment for a hair transplant. price 3x more than in other clinics and no DOCTOR. Disaster.

Their boss is rude with normal patients, with VIP patients the thing change because their are needed for advertisement - not a good place to go friends

very good marketing, bad result!!! They have a lot of teams that do the operation and a lot of Patients per day. my team was very bad. 50/50 that it will be good. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. please inform yourself before!!! Overall the result looks like shttt and i have many scars.

I do not recommend it at all, I was not satisfied at all. If anyone is wondering why, please contact me and see the state of my mind. During my meeting with them, they said that a second session could not be done and a simulation could be done.

My experience was disastrous with this company. I traveled from Canada to Turkey to undergo a hair transplant. I chose NHT based on one person's experience and on their Instagram account, which still has 4.4M subscribers. Everything went well for picking up at the airport, transport, medical examinations the day before the surgery and the hotel. On the day of the surgery, I was taken to the clinic for a “medical evaluation” which was more than brief, to find out if I had any allergies, I was taking any medications and if I had any health problems. I was with him for a maximum of 5 minutes. I had a very nice French interpreter, but who could not accompany me to the hospital, she was waiting for another client. I asked him if it was this doctor who was going to operate on me. His answer surprised me, it was technicians and nurses who were doing this operation. No doctor was going to be there. But now it's time to go, I can't back down. I was entrusted to an interpreter who spoke correct English and very little French. My English was fine, but I would have appreciated having a smooth discussion with the French interpreter, as I had been promised at the start. When I got to the hospital, a nurse greeted me. First, there was no doctor on this floor. I go into a room, they put me to bed and we start. I am injected into the back of my head about fifteen injections of a mixture of anesthetic and adrenaline. Injections hurt a lot, they are done quickly, forcefully. The nurse injected into a big nerve and I screamed so much it hurts, huge electric shock from the back of my neck to the top of my head with sharp pain. The procedure then begins, but I have nausea, a violent and pulsating headache with numb arms, hands, feet and mouth. I say that I am nauseous several times and I am told to relax, that everything is fine. I wasn't stressed at all. I say that it's not going at all, they pick me up, my head is bleeding, I'm about to pass out. They take my blood pressure, it was 245/147 (!!!!). My blood pressure is 115/70 normally! I am told that we must call the doctor, because he is not here. They give me a medicine to put under my tongue to reduce my pressure and they take me to the emergency room where I saw a doctor who told me that I had almost had a brain aneurysm and a heart attack. I almost died. I am 31 years old, in great shape, and in good health, non-smoker. I am then told that the operation is canceled and I am given back part of the costs. They keep $700 for miscellaneous expenses. Back at the hotel, no one from the clinic heard from me afterwards. I wrote to them the next day to find out if they were still going to drive me back to the airport on Sunday, I was told no, I was no longer their responsibility. There were other customers going to the same airport on Sunday, but I still had to manage on my own in Istanbul. The plane tickets had cost me $2200, I could not visit in my condition. Back home, I still had chest pains, I went to the emergency room and the doctor told me that the adrenaline had been injected IV and therefore, went directly to the heart. I contacted the company that is relieving the situation, telling me that they did everything according to the procedures. They discharge themselves of all responsibility and refuse any compensation. I am very disappointed, because I trusted them and this trip cost me extremely expensive to come back with nothing. I come away almost traumatized. If one day I try a hair transplant again, believe me that I will not go back there!

Do not fall for the fake reviews. They DESTROYED my head. They harvested 3000 grafts, only used around 1,000-1,200. The scarring on my head is unforgivable. The hairline they made was placed in lines and is obvious to anyone that isn't blind that it's not real. It's one of the most butchered jobs I have ever seen and it was such a bad experience I cannot believe they are in business.
