Conrad phoned me back promptly. He did his best to find me a good deal, it just isnt worth my while at the moment. I understand that insurance companies have to make a profit but theyre supposed to save customers from huge payouts as well. £70 per month going out of my account and virtually nothing coming back k is an expense I can't justify at the moment.

Please avoid at all cost and opt for a more expensive company for your pet insurance. I honestly wish I'd never changed to this company which I did as they were cheaper. I sadly had to have my 5 year old frenchie put to sleep recently which was totally unexpected as she'd never ever had any health problems and within 48hrs I'd lost her. I made a claim and was shocked to find that they had deducted the whole years premium from the claim!! so if you cancel your insurance no problem you get refunded on your policy but if your pet dies then you have to pay for the whole year!! how can they justify that??? also there was a deduction for the out of hours fee!! shockingly they also made a deduction for the medication she was given as you could buy it cheaper online. well did they honestly expect me to google if I could get it online at midnight on a Sunday with my dog in my arms in so much pain. would Amazon of delivered immediately.... no I don't think so...... so for a £620 claim they gave me just £24.20!! what a joke of a company with absolutely no compassion.
