Scam company. Never delivered product and I had to get my card company to refund it.

Scam company, never received my lamp and they never answered emails. Also seems like their website and email ceased to exist.

I like many others have had trouble with this company.

I ordered a product that was supposed to be shipped in March. I reached out to customer service and the first time, received a quick reply that said I would hear from the production team within 24 hours. However, nobody reached out.

I then proceeded to reach out to them three more times requesting an update for expected shipping date. No response at all.

I plan on sending one more email and reaching out before trying to have my credit card company cancel the payment for failure to deliver the product. Not even sure they can cancel it, but worth a try. The product wasn’t cheap and they can’t seem to communicate.

Seems like others have had this issue too. I would not recommend this company.

AVOID!!… this company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a lamp after seeing an Instagram ad on 18th February. I received an email saying it would be shipped on 13th March and was still in production. That never happened. I contacted them in April and was told it would definitely be sent mid April. We are now in May and I’ve received no lamp, and they are ignoring my emails. Not refunded me either, so bank dispute it is. Absolutely appalling service. Disgrace of a company.

Terrible company, support doesn't get back to you when you flag a product that's been marketed differently than reality.

Did get my first lamp of two. The second one I haven’t received. No contact, no answers.

I ordered a product months ago. It was delayed once. Okay, that happens. However, they don’t reply to any of the communications I have sent them. They just took the money and ran.

Scammers. Ordered a product months and months ago, it's currently months beyond shipment deadline. Now they're ignoring emails asking for updates or refunds for many weeks.

It is a scam. We didn't receive the order. There is no way to contact them. Please don't get scam too

bought a mirror on the 24th of february for 1200 pounds, still haven't received anything, emailed them to update me on when id get it, didn't get a response....

I was pretty sure from the reviews that this was a legit, but unfortunately I must make others aware of this being a selective scammer. Ordered more than 2 months ago, communication perfect untill payment then as soon as 1 month passed and I tried several times and with several platforms to contact them for a not received order (Instagram, email, their website, phone number not answering) NO MORE COMMUNICATION. I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong... But after 2 months I'm pretty discouraged. Anyway I'll update the review in case needed.

First lamp broke after a week, they then sent another which took months to arrive and that one has no broken after 6 months of use. AVOID at all costs, they are no ghosting everyone no replies. Products are cheap and not durable at all.

On February 8, 2022 I ordered an octagonal mirror: it never arrived. I have sent emails, but no one has ever replied. My private Instagram messages weren't even read. The phone number is unreachable. What to say? I will report to the Carabinieri (I am Italian). I hope this site will be closed soon. It is shameful that people are scammed in this way.

Scam - they get your money and you don’t get your goods

Did receive the product, but it appeared to be someone else's return. It was missing pieces, which the company promised to send next day. Haven't received the pieces in weeks since, and the company won't respond to emails or calls.

They definitely do not have after-sales service, I have been waiting more than a month for the order to be updated, and I have written several times to the email and they do not answer!! ORDER #50431
